Since my brother bought it in september i have used it a lot so... The shape of the screen is retarded, its too square, it needs to be more wide and the screen quality is less than hoped for a laptop which is quite new. It is fast though which is good since its a laptop and its core duo processor is brand new on the market so it is capable of doing quite a few things at once and does not freeze. You can also burn data cd's and movies because the laptop comes with a program which can make movies. ...to talk about the company, Acer has been going quite a long time now, but their customer service is only just satisfactory, should this put you off buying it? NO! For around £80 you can get a 3 year warranty that is quite frankly supurb. I had the model down from this one, so i cant review it specifically, but this model was purely an upgrade from the predeccessor, and my girlfriend sells this at her work, a well known PC superstore, there is a big interest apparently, and she reckons its brilliant, good value for money, and far superior to the one before.
