I personally purchased a hi-grade system and for teh first motnh was recieving power faults, I sent it in for repair and recieved it back (this was due to SIS the company that make teh motherboard doinga poor job) as a conenction broke and short circuited the board. ...what you pay for, also Hi-grade do supply you with a full accidental damage cover free for one year, which is very usfull. Though the faults are under teh standard warrenty it does show hi-grade are on the consumers side. So for now I would advise you not to purchase the product unless they stop using SIS. From the moment I bought this laptop, my problems began. The biggest headache of the year so far! February 2000 changed my life as I bought my first laptop! The excitement of finding it at the bargain price of £800 at the shop was soon quenched by a proverbial fire engine. How do Dell keep doing this, another amazing laptop for people like me to enjoy. This laptop can have an immensive amount of RAM and Hard Drive put in to it and you can also change colour and pattern to severel differant ones. Has a security fingerprint check to get in the laptop or/and in laptop files. Now that is technology so if any one steals it they wont be able to get on it!
