I spent a long time looking for a truly portable laptop that would still have a large enough keyboard for heavy duty use, and a large enough screen for watching DVDs, which none of the ultra-portables seemed to offer. Downsides are really to do with Vista, you need to download a patch to ensure the computer will come out of hibernation when you open the screen, and when coming out of hibernation it seems to lose the sound drivers.
