Advantages: Packed with applications, very handy and easy to use.
Disadvantages: Keyboard is hard to use, no flash player and not very durable without a case.

I absolutley love this piece of technology. i can not think of any major flaws at all. The music menu is elegantly designed, offering a minimalistic view, allowing you to easily find your chosen song or video clip. The option to add album artwork makes the song screen look superb. The battery life is amazing, offering the best part of of 38 hours non stop activity, with a relatively short re-charge time. The added extra of being able to add notepad ...
...problem is that whilst upgrading to itunes 7, i had to fully reset my ipod, which was a slight inconvienice, but since all of my songs were backed up it was simply a case of reintalling itunes, and synchronising itunes.
