Advantages: Great choice of memory size
Disadvantages: Superseded
The Fuji XD Picture Card I bought with the Fuji FinePix F700 camera was the 512 MB version this allows a good amount of photo’s to be taken depending what mode your camera is set to quality wise the greater the quality the more space that is needed.
These are a slim design 20X25X1.7mm with a weight of 2 grams.
The XD Picture Card comes in 4 memory sizes they are: 256MB, 512 MB, 1GB and 2 GB cards they are small and compact and can be read by most ... ...Ł38.95 new from http://www.askdirect.co.uk
These are still a great card for great camera’s the quick research I done by having a look on E bay for some second hand cards reveal that these cards are cheap 2 purchase and the cameras are cheap as well especially for the quality that you are getting.
All you need to do to install these cards is a push action in the XD slot on your camera and a push action to remove.
The draw back is that the cards ...

Review of Fujifilm XD-Picture Card 256 MB by

Advantages: Masses of storage on a small card.
Disadvantages: Risk of losing it.
...cards were jointly developed by Fujifilm and Olympus. They are coloured black, it is a shame they are not some colour like hi-vis yellow, because if you drop one of these outdoors, you may never find it. They do come in a protective case, which is easy enough to keep in the same case as your camera, my tip here is to make the case easy to spot, although the time you are most likely to lose one, is when you are actually changing it. You will probably ... ...just the one, that way when the card is full, you simply change cards and start snapping away again or hours.
To change cards is very simple, and you don't even need to remove your batties. Just push the old card down, and it will pop up, remove, and insert the new one. I have no complaints with these cards, in my opinion these are one of the better makes. Most cameras come with a small 16mb card just to start you off, but you will soon want to ...

Ikillrocknroll
Advantages: Fast, Cheap
Disadvantages: Lack of backwards compatability
I bought the Sandisk Ultra II 4GB card after purchasing my new 14.6mp camera, which produces RAW files of around 12-14mb! I clearly needed an upgrade because my older 2GB SD cards could only store 70 photos. I wanted a card that would combine speed, capacity, and value for money - and so I landed at the Class 4 Sandisk SDHC Ultra II 4GB card. I've had experience with Sandisk before, and wanted to stick with them especially after I found out that ... ...digital cameras. The Sandisk Ultra II SDHC 4GB card (Which I will now refer to as "The card" to save any confusion), has read speeds of 10mb/sec, and write speeds of 9mb/sec, producing an excellent performance on my camera.
Previously when I used my older 2GB card, I didnt have a USB reader so I had to connect the camera to my computer via a USB cable, not too practical. Now however, Sandisk included with the card, a MicroMate card reader, which ...
