...is a known fault to LG and you can ring up and LG will clean the screen and swap the case this has happened to me, lastly the silver edging on the phone can flake off when kept in a pocket this has also happened to me finally because your fingers are constantly on the screen the screen becomes mucky and scratched. Got this as a simple phone, not expecting much. Easy to use, and not too big. Lack of camera, bluetooth etc. is a downside, but for the price, what can you expect? Has the ability to access the internet, however, does not work for me. The phone has quite a small internal memory, so even if it could take pictures or video, it wouldn't fit many on.
