Growing Greens washable nappies
Review of Growing Greens Nappies by bizibee

Advantages: Adaptable popper system, booster pad included, reduces the amount of household waste.
Disadvantages: Nappy texture is very rough when dried naturally. My child grew out of them.

Being keen to use washable nappies, I invested in eighteen 'Growing Greens' nappies. Although I have had success with other washable brands since, I am disappointed about this particular product. With a range of poppers and separate booster it can be folded in different ways as the child grows. Wraps are not included. They worked for a child under six months, requiring changes generally every three hours. The older my child, the less sufficient ... Read review

makes a brilliant night nappy
Review of Stuffie Nappies by kat_pond

Advantages: can be used a day nappy or night nappy, can be stuffed to suit your needs, variety of prints and colours to choose from
Disadvantages: None

Stuffie Nappies are a fantastic, innovative cloth nappy. Enhancing the design of the no need to fold terry nappy and adding a twist. Stuffie Nappies are a shaped cloth nappy made from a layer of terry (outer) and a layer of fleece (inner) making a pocket up the middle to stuff extra layers of terry (hence the name!). They can be used as a lightweight daytime nappy but they really come into their own as an absorbant nighttime nappy because you can ...
...only for nighttime use anyway. Stuffie Nappies are really efficient because the stuffing is on the inside of the nappy so will be unlikely to move around as babies shuffle in their sleep. Secondly the fit of the nappy is not compromised because you are boosting from within and it doesn't stretch the elastic. Stuffie Nappies are also brilliant for containment because they fit so well. Please note that Stuffie Nappies need to be worn with a waterproof ... Read review

Wham-Bamboo Bamboo nappies (Wam-Bamboo)
Review of Wam-Bamboo Nappies by ciaoemma

Advantages: Super soft and absorbant, cute colours, slim and well fitting
Disadvantages: Slow to dry if line dried

Bamboo nappies are the latest "big thing" because bamboo is about 60% more absorbant than cotton, is really soft (and doesn't go hard like cotton does if line dried), and it's really eco friendly. Bamboo grows really fast, and without artificial chemicals such as herbicides and fertilisers, so it's essentially organic. Bamboo fabric is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Wham-bamboo nappies are available in two sizes - birth to about 4-6 months ...
...training. The waist tabs are wider than other nappies (eg Bamboozle) so fit better on larger toddlers, or overnight over several boosters. The aplix version folds over at the front to fit skinnier babies. They have a loose as opposed to sown-in booster, which can be taken out to make it fit better on a smaller baby which is great. You can also take boosters out of your other Wham-Bamboos to boost up an overnight one - so really flexible! Wham-Bamboos ... Read review

Looks 10/10; Performance 3/10
Review of Magic-All All in One Nappy - no wraps or liners! by Angelfeathers

Advantages: Slim-fitting, great colours, looks smart, and very easy to use.
Disadvantages: Not very quick-drying, and not very leak-proof.

...your baby grows. The Magic-all is not widely available yet due to its newness. The pocket-nappy equivalent, the Wonderoo, (£13.99 for a one-size, birth to potty nappy) is much better value for money as one size fits all, it's more reliable, just as easy to put on and because it comes apart, dries quicker too. ... Magic-All? Magic-Mostly...
Review of Magic-All All in One Nappy by flamesparrow

Advantages: Very very slim, no need for wrap
Disadvantages: Sized (so need to buy more), price, can leak...

...~Overall~ I love my magic-all for easyness - if I could afford to I would have a lot more for those days where I don't care if I have to change them more often just as long as I have something easy to put on an irritable wriggly baby (sometimes a nappy AND a wrap is just a nightmare). They are great for those "I've run out of nappies" moments too - they dry really fast so as long as you notice and chuck em in the machine as you put the last nappy ... Read review
