wizz around garage
Review of Early Learning Centre Whizz Around Garage by
kirstymartin1984
Advantages: keeps kids entertained
Disadvantages: easily falls apart
...seen this item in the Early Learning Centre on offer and suggested that they brought it for him as i think it was on offer for around £35 including a set of 3 cars as a free gift. Early Learning centre is a UK based toy store selling childrens educational toys, craft toys, imaginative play toys you name it they pretty much sale it. They are a huge company and there is normally a store in most major outlets and towns. Ok back to the toy itself. When ... ...wrapped up plastic and those stupid tie things that drive us all insane you know the ones i mean! Ok so forget the pagkaging and you are left with i think 8 or 9 pieces of plastic that need to be joined together this involves not much brain so easy to assemble! All of the pieces kind of slot into each other so the item itself is not very fixed so does have a tendancy to fall apart when it is picked up which seen as it belongs to a 19month old is ...

Watch out Cassie what's behind you she can look in the rear view mirror to find out it is her big brother Adrian, or her Daddy coming to play.

I can build a car mummy
Review of Early Learning Centre Big Builder by
mumsymary
Advantages: Easy for little fingers
Disadvantages: none
...set is available from the early learning centre either on line http://www.elc.co.uk/toy-34429 or in the high street
This big builder is a construction set. There are over 85 parts in these kit nuts, bolts, big red cubes, wheels.
As the name suggests all the pieces are big. There are large mecanno like blue strips with holes in it holes in them. These can be attached to other strips to the wheels or to the red box shaped piece with the big nuts ... ...a simple tower all sorts of weird and wonderful constructions.
This toy is suitable for children aged between two and six. It is great for little fingers, also it is very good for a lot of my disabled pupils as the pieces are large, easy to hold and fit together.
This toy helps fine motor skills, coordination and dexterity this toy encourages the practice of these skills turning, fitting the nuts and bolts.
This construction set also builds confidence ...

Work of art
Review of Early Learning Centre Spiral Art by
indigo78
Advantages: Encourages creativity
Disadvantages: Not very easy to do, Bottles of paint hard to squeeze
My son recieved this item for his forth birthday. He enjoys making and doing things creative so i thought this would be great for him.
It comes with 3 small bottles of paint and a pad of small squared paper which fits onto the wheel and is held down under two blue clips either side.
You then choose which colour paint you want and by pressing the big button continously it maks the wheel with the paper on spin around with your other hand you need ... ...as it is spinning to make a fantastic pattern.
In theroy t his should be pretty easy but my four year old found it's quite difficult to press the button to spin the wheel as well as use one hand to squeeze the paint which needs quite a bit of squeeing to come out.
In the end i would have to press the button for him whilst he used both his hands to get the paint out from the bottle.
Also there is not alot of paint provided with the item and you ...
