I got one of these as a relocation present. the main feature to enjoy is the wide screen. It's about 7 inches viewing!!! Picture quality is rather good, considering that I'm a penchant for all the big names, sony, panasonic, etc but was pleasantly surprised with this one. I bought this portable DVD player because I had seen positive reviews about it, and wanted to see it for myself! I'm certainly not disappointed with it and I'm glad I did buy it! The screen is 8.5 inches and the LCD screen is attached to an arm which allows more flexibility when your adjusting the angle you want. In addition this bay lets the IPOD classic integrate as part of the unit and is flush so you can't tell. when you are not using the IPOD docking you can store the remote there.
