Panasonic Portable DVD player Review.
Review of Panasonic DVD-LS 80 by
phil124lufc
Advantages: Great if you work away.
Disadvantages: Battery life
The Panasonic LS80-K is quit a stylish little portable DVD player with its black interior and silver housing this looks the business. And not only does it look the business but it is and I can gladly say that the Panasonic LS80-K portable DVD player also delivers. Perfect for those who live on the move a lot such as contract workers or truck drivers. But you don't have to live on the move to appreciate owning one of these I for instance have used ... ...DVD-R, DVD+RW, DVD+R, DVD-RAM. The Panasonic LS80-K will also play all of your DivX films as well as JPEG, VCD and most other media. The Panasonic LS80-K DVD player also has a SD card slot supporting SDHC. Philips ins portable DVD Player
8ins LCD- TFT with 21cm visible screen.
Plays DVD, DVD+R, DVD RW, DVD-R, CD, CD-R, CD-RW. Mp3,CD,WMA, Picture CD playback compatibility.
Size
Height 3.3 cm
Width 22.3 cm
Depth 17.8cm.
Remote control, slim line, like a credit card.
Mine came with battery pack, AC/DC adapter and AV cable.
To start with it is stylish, it looks very updated, its grey with silver plates.
Its not hard to get use to, it is a very ... ...the machine, just press open.
It has the play, pause and stop button on the actual player, and the remote has all the buttons a normal remote would have.
I would say it was almost slim line and doesn't weight a thing.
The colour can be changed on the screen but I haven't needed to so far, as the colour is vibrant.
Sound quality is good as well, it goes pretty high, the downfall is if you don't want to have headphones on, and you need to put the ...

The Panasonic LS82
Review of Panasonic DVD-LS 82 by
Julia95x
Advantages: Great battery life and picture quality is also great.
Disadvantages: No control
I bought this portable DVD player because I had seen positive reviews about it, and wanted to see it for myself! I'm certainly not disappointed with it and I'm glad I did buy it!
What stands out the most to me is the battery life. It lasts for hours! I heard the battery lasts for 12 hours, but found this untrue. Although it didn't last 12 hours I was still pleased with the battery life as it lasts enough time for me. You could probably still watch ... ...you only listen to music on the DVD player, the battery lasts a lot longer than when you are watching films. The screen is 8.5 inches and the LCD screen is attached to an arm which allows more flexibility when your adjusting the angle you want. The screen can be tilted as very far back, about so far back it is flat against the base! So it's very flexible!
Another great thing about the portable DVD player is the picture quality. I saw the quality ...

portable dvd player 8-in dcp850 philips
Review of Philips DCP850 by
jupiter28
Advantages: quality of image is like watching normal tv/dvd, IPOD classic docking
Disadvantages: can't think of any
...while travelling abroad. The philips DCP range was actually quite new and had only been out a couple of months. In addition this bay lets the IPOD classic integrate as part of the unit and is flush so you can't tell. when you are not using the IPOD docking you can store the remote there.
The remote is very handy and perfectly sized with the same functions as you would have in a normal DVD player
The quality is as good as any normal TV/dvd combo ... ...I spent all my time in airport watching my home tv shows. The speakers are really good too and do not compromise the viewing experience at all
It is a fantastic unit for travelling and I highly rate it, is tough enough to take knocks while travelling but treat with care ...
