iRecommend iPod Nano
Review of Apple iPod nano 4 GB by MatthewJGB

Advantages: Colour Screen, Games, Upto 1000 Songs, Easy To Use
Disadvantages: Battery Wears Down After A Few Months

The iPod Nano second generation is a man's best friend, for listening to music and podcasts anyway. The slimmer version of Apples original creation comes with various new features not evident in the first generation version, all of which are improvements. Firstly, a bright and great looking colour screen, which appears small but is big enough to house all the information regarding the audio you are listening to on screen including the Songs name, ...
...is. The 4GB can hold a colossal 1000 Songs which should quench your thirst for music. However, do remember that images and podcasts use up more memory and so you may not be able to reach that amount if you have images and / or podcasts. Also, this version has an astounding 24 hour battery life, though i found that after listening to my iPod for a couple of hours a day for 8 months, i can barely get an hour in. This is one of the very few faults ... Read review

The Apple of my Eye
Review of Apple iPod touch 16 GB by mynameisrui

Advantages: Music, Videos, Wi-Fi, the list goes on
Disadvantages: Battery is a bit poor

...Google maps is an add on. Finally, I must say that the iPod Touch is a brilliant piece of work and Apple have really outdone themselves on it. I used to be dead against the iPod Touch and the iPhone but now I'm all turned around on the subject. ... Read review

Good in theory, but unreliable
Review of SanDisk Sansa e280 by mynameisrui

Advantages: Easy to use, cheap, looks good
Disadvantages: unreliable, constantly crashing

I got the E280 for xmas 2007 so I've had a good 4 months to get used to it and I can say that it is a very good mp3 player. The interface is very easy to use and putting music on there is just a simple case of drag and drop, brilliant! It does get more confusing when you want to add films but after a few goes you'll get the hang of it. The video player is good, I do find the screen a bit small for movies but a good size for animations like Simpsons ...
...to fast forward a bit faster than 2x speed. The main problem I find is that it is very tempremental. I often get it randomly crashing either when I am listening to music or when I am copying music to it and, even though I have unplugged it from my computer, it still says "writing" and may well stay like that for a long time. The longest I've left it is 30 mins without resetting it. I also find the lowest volume setting too loud. I know this sounds ... Read review

IPOD TOUCH is worth paying for..........
Review of Apple iPod touch 16 GB by jattdesi

Advantages: looks and it is touch screen
Disadvantages: not so much distinguished in specifications from other ipods

...length to all touchy-feely. Apple has taken the dream music player and turned it into reality. Great, but isn't £279 a lot of money to spend on a 16GB media player? Wouldn't you be better off with an iPod Classic? there's not much in specifications to distinguish it from the other iPods range. You get the usual limited range of music file format support - just AAC, Apple Loss less and MP3 for music and H.264 and MPEG4 files for video. There's no ...
...players. I cant think of any other way of express my thoughts. I can't see any other manufacturer coming up with anything superior in this ear. It's the best touch sensitive interface I've ever used on any device. Apple ipod touch is worth paying. It is worth spending money............. ... Read review
