CANON PIXMA IP4500
Review of Canon PIXMA IP4500 by
Cyber-Mark
Advantages: sleek looks, not the ususal vanilla unit in the corner, quiet
Disadvantages: Slight premium when initially buying the printer, some ink can be expensive
...I was fearful of the Canon ink being at a premium. This has proved not to be the case, with the ink no dearer that other manufacturers. The cartridge set up on this printer lends itself to to ink economy with its separate units, and that is all before you even consider ink re-sellers.
Quiet in operation, superb printing in all modes, including photo reproduction, excellent connectivity and great looks make this a definite recommendation ...

Good Hardware, Bad Software
Review of Canon Laser Shot LBP 2900 by
HARioV
Advantages: good print quality
Disadvantages: bad software
...you take a look at Canon LBP2900 you will see that this printer mimic HP LaserJet 1020 and HP LaserJet 1022, not only in the design but it take the SAME cartridge (Q2612A or 12A for short)....The seller tell me that and I saw that with my eyes
The top cover should have a sensor to tell you that the cover is closed so if you forget to open it the papers will not accumulate under the cover..
And if we compare it to HP LaserJet 1022 you will find ... ...from dusts (Canon LBP3000 have a tray cover).
LBP2900 produce good quality prints but this printer is an example for the product that you hate because of its software...
If you have a 64-bit system (like Vista64 or XP x64) or you are using Mac OS X then don't buy it, because there is no drivers for these systems, also there is drivers for Linux but only 32-bit.
The usability of the printer software is bad; you will always forget where the printer ...

what a picture
Review of Canon PIXMA IP3500 by
techno_man_37
Advantages: cheap for what it does
Disadvantages: not alot of features
The canon pixma ip3500 is a great buy, its good quality it looks very cool but best of all its cheap too.
In fact this little machine will only cost you around £50, and for a great printer, what more could you ask for.
Just because it's a little printer, and its not very expensive, don't just make the assumption that this doesn't print fast. This printer has the capability to print out a massive 25ppm in black text.
It prints colour pages out ... ...at 10.4ppm.
The print quality isn't amazing, however id say its above average. The black print looks nice and really sharp when printed, and the colour pictures come out fine on this printer when printed.
When its all closed up, this printer looks like a nice box, it does have curved sides making it look more stylish and making sure it doesn't poke anyone's eyes out. When not in use all the flaps and panels fold up nice and easy, so that when its ...

Basic Multifunction Printer - Impossibly Low Price
Review of Canon PIXMA MP210 by
tech-review
Advantages: Very low price, carries out all basic tasks well, photo-print quality is excellent
Disadvantages: Basic feature set, low-quality scanner, ridiculously high-priced cartridges
...by the £20 cashback offer Canon was running at the time. This allowed me to purchase a multifunction machine for cheaper than replacing the cartridges on the ip1600! Unfortunately the cashback offer has now expired, but this machine is still available at an incredibly low price for the features.
Out of the box, the MP210 is averagely sized for a multifunction machine, coming in at round about 45cm x 35cm x 17cm (not counting the headspace it needs ... ...the front panel are somewhat lacking in description, meaning that you will almost certainly have to delve into the instruction manual to find out what they do. Essentially, there are buttons for colour and B&W copy, 'Stop', 'Scan', 'Settings', 'Fit to Page', 'Paper Choice' and number of copies.
The photocopying functionality is very useful when you want a copy without having to start up your computer. It works very well with black and white documents, ...

Advantages: Excellent printing quality, fast printing...
Disadvantages: No paper tray.... nothin else..
I had my Cannon PIXMA IP1800 4 months ago. As i am a student i have to print a lot. I also print photo with this printer. The printing quality is great. The most collest thing is the design of the printer. It's shiny black. I print a lot of document with the printer. The words are soo clear. befor that i had a lexmark w2600 printer. That was no a photo printer & the printing quality of document is not like cannon. First day i print one of our family ... ...What a quality! Clean photo. this printer works great with gloosy paper. i made less noise then HP. My lexmaek also made too much noise. The speed is good. This printer print fast. Last is the printer is not soo expensive. The price is affordable for students. But there is no paper tray with this printer. Thats ok. This is a right printer for Home use. ...
