Great Printer!
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R285 by Selito206

Advantages: Perfect CD printing, Photo paper printing and normal paper printer quality!
Disadvantages: Large in size and has a few problems in CD printing (as explained in main review)

...ink being not even geniune Epson Ink, was perfect and high quality. The problems that i had was after i set everything up, and was about to test print my first few CDs, the printer said something was blocking the printer head. I had to restart the printer several times, and restart the computer 2 times to get it back to working/printing condition. What i learned was that when you want to print on CDs, you turn on the printer, and wait until it has ...
...ebay, and really it does not affect image quality as i have been using Epson for years and never bought genuine epson branded ink. Plus you can save a lot by buying Epson (in particular R285) because you can buy a CISS system for it reducing your printing costs significantly!!! ... Read review

Plenty of style but has it got any "oomph"?
Review of Epson Stylus DX7400 by arry2007uk

Advantages: High quality prints and scans, great price, loads of features
Disadvantages: Paper snatching, shopping around for best price

...and consumer demands manufacturers like Epson are now in a situation where they must build compact printers ideal for all purposes; from school projects, to home photography, web printing, poster/flier design and needless to say office documents. All this must be available whilst still offering the option to either rig the hardware to the user's computer or use the printer as a standalone device - achieved in this case via the card reader, PictBridge ...
...As with any Epson printer you're also safe in the knowledge of the brand's integrity - Epson are a Japanese company and one of the world's largest manufacturers of printers, scanners, computers, multimedia devices, cash registers, laptops and LCD components. They've been going strong since 1942 bouncing through a variety of technologies along the way (including watches would you believe) and have built a solid consumer relationship always incorporating ... Cheap to buy, costly to run
Review of Epson Stylus D92 by EviUK

Advantages: Well designed body, smudge-resistant inks
Disadvantages: inaccurate ink gauge, ink dries up, can't clean cartridges individually

The price was cheap. The design of the paper tray is good. This is the first printer I've had where the paper is not either dropped to the floor (my printer is on a shelf) or sucked back into the roller (Cannon) causing a jam. It had a sturdy feel. The set up instructions were inadequate and unnerving with bits of tape which I wasn't sure if I had to pull off or not before using. Although the ink was expensive, it boasted (and delivered) a reasonable ...
...a document printed on a Cannon!). I liked the idea of separate colour cartridges. I found the print quality perfectly acceptable and used the printer's options to lower the saturation. Draft quality was too poor to be useful but because the printer allows you save a Print Profile, I could set up a suitable equivalent. This latter feature has been very useful - I could specify paper size and orientation. It would have been more useful if it could ... Read review

Prints Charming
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R2400 by SnowiestElf

Advantages: Super print quality, super high density inks and improved durability
Disadvantages: Very expensive, does not print well on normal paper and has no memory card slots.

The Epson Stylus Photo R2400, has changed the world of printing forever. This printer was built to replace the Stylus Photo 2200 and is an A3 sized printer. I firmly believe that this must be one of the best quality consumer inkjet printers that has ever been manufactured. It uses a new type of ink technology, called the Ultrachrome K3 system. The printer makes full use of three different colour levels of black ink and some superb driver facilities. ...
...The Epson Stylus Photo R2400 uses 8 colour Ultrachrome K3 technology to produce some smashing results, in the short time that I have been using it, I have obtained amazing results from every print (on Epson papers). It is unusual to find such a high print quality from a desktop inkjet. The fantastic thing about this printer is that it prints on paper right up to a whopping A3 size, it is capable of printing right up to the edge and also on some very ... Read review

Pretty good
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R360 by bennyT595

Advantages: Excellent for printing out pictures straight from the memory card
Disadvantages: Slow turning on

Well, what can i say its a printer........................ but a bloody good one. Lets face it, it does look good, i love the small lcd screen in the front. Erm i think the printing quality is excellent, and the ability to vary it by selecting the quality you want and what type of paper you want to use it for is useful, especailly if you want to just print out something rough and don't want to waste ink, which is another thing, the ink doesn't seem ...
