WHY WONT YOU PRINT MY BLOOMIN HOMEWORK?!
Review of HP Color LaserJet 4600 by leadboiler

Advantages: Lots of memory, nice quality, nice speed.
Disadvantages: No duplex

...to many lasers in the hp series this printer is your standard near-cube shape. It's around 45lbs in weight (taking 2/3 to shift it around the office so make sure that you know where you are going to put it). The dimensions are exactly the same as it's partner- the hp 4200 which I have also reviewed. These are 16.4 inches in width x 16.9 inches in depth and 14.4 inches in height. As I mentioned before, a near cube. The printer will match your standard ...
...as follows. (same as the hp laser 4200). Cancel job is a pale red, pause/resume in a pale, silvery grey, a '?' help button is smaller than most of the buttons, is circular in shape and is coloured in a pale blue to match the screen colour when it is lit, a green tick to confirm actions is a teal green in colour, oval in shape and is the main button. There are then the arrow buttons which allow you to scroll through the menus, these are all coloured ... Read review

Quick Quality Printing
Review of HP LaserJet 5000 by teejay1981

Advantages: 1200 x 1200 dpi and 16ppm
Disadvantages: 350 sheet tray

The HP Laserjet 5000 boasts it's capability to print 16ppm while maintaining a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. I paid £700 for mine second hand and have never ever looked back for the 3 years i've had it. I use the printer alot and although it is suggested to have the printer adjusted after every 10,000 prints I have never had a problem. Compared to other laser monochrome printer available this is true value for money. They 5000 series was originally ...
...anyone that requires quality A3 printing would not be disappointed with this printer. With power saving and networking features the printer comes ready to go and it includes a toner cartridge with the price and that will last you between 5 months and a year depending on the volume of printing required. Ready to print just 12 seconds from power-on and first page in 13 seconds you would be hanging around waiting for that letter or report to print. ... Read review

HP Laserjet 1600
Review of HP Color LaserJet 1600 by jr991

Advantages: Prints Fast, Good Quality
Disadvantages: Cannot print on 110lb cardstock

I have had my HP Laserjet 1600 for a couple of months now and at first I wasn't to pleased with the colour quality, but after it got broken in it started getting better. I use it quite a bit, sometimes printing 500 sheets a day, so it seems to stand up to the work load that I put it through. One drawback to the HP Laserjet 1600 is if you're printing card stock it cannot print on 110 lb paper. I should have checked into this before purchasing it but ... Read review

Cheap to Buy. Cheap to Run
Review of Samsung ML 2010R by bencallis

Advantages: Cheap, fast, refillable toner, small.
Disadvantages: Envelopes can get jammed.

...such a regular basis. The samsung was in my budget and had all the benefits of a laser printer in a small box. The printer was easy to setup and came with drivers for windows Vista and Xp. I am a Mac user and it was plug and play for me (with Leopard). The toner had to be inserted which is done within seconds. Being my first laser printer I was impressed with the printing speeds, long gone have the days of waiting 30mins for a journal to print. ...
...The printer is relatively small (as far as laser printers go) and will fit on almost any desk (Dimensions (WxDxH) 35.8 cm x 29.9 cm x 21.7 cm). The printer has a relatively small paper capacity at 150 sheets, although this is ample enough for home use or smaller offices. As its only a Mono laser printer photos are not expected to be printed although simple graphs and small pictures in documents print out nice enough. The printer is shipped with ... Read review

Colour LJ2605 printer
Review of HP Color LaserJet 2605 by netgekko

Advantages: Looks good and reasonable quality
Disadvantages: Running costs

The HP Colour LaserJet 2605 is a good little printer; the colour printing is good quality and fast. It is the ideal home or small office printer, the paper tray on the LJ2605 is small so required topping up constantly with paper. The LJ2605 is easy to use and the instructions on the led screen are simple and easy to follow, the screen is a little on the small side though. You should be able to pick this printer up for less than £300. 00 Toner ...
...are retailing for around £50.00 each……. and this is the main drawback with this machine, the toner packs are quite small so you don't get much for your money and to replace all four colours is going to cost almost £200.00. Being an Hewlett Packard makes it easy to maintain, parts for this printer are reasonable priced and readily available, having said that I have had no real problems with this printer although the little paper holder on the output ...
