Advantages: Qucik and easy use
Disadvantages: Frustration

I bought my Hewlett Packard Laserjet 5L printer 6 years ago and it still runs great. It's complicated and it just works. I've tens of thousands of sheets of paper through this thing and it just keeps on working. When the rollers got a little slick from use,I rubbed them down with some rubbing alcohol and they were good as new. I wish the bigger, more expensive HP printers at work were this reliable. This is a superb colour laser printer for the money. I use this for business on a daily basis. Although mainly used for B&W printing its very fast. When used in Colour the image quality is fantastic. This printer comes with various means of communication ie parallel, USB and a built in network adapter. The printer is very frugal with the ink, it seems to keep printing and printing without the levels going down rapidly. The cartridges arent cheap checkout dells website.
