What Would I Do Without This Printer!!!!
Review of Epson Stylus Color 880 by lfc-4-ever

Advantages: Great quality prints, good speed, ink cartridges cheap
Disadvantages: None!!!!

...The great thing about epson printers are that you have so many different options. There are about 20 different paper/card options. One of my favourite features is that you can print on different size paper this is great as you can print 6 by 4 photos and you can print onto envelopes You can lessen the quality and improve the speed or vice veresa. There is also photo enhance which I find very useful. There is an option to double side print. You can ...
...printer costs just over £100 pounds which might seem a lot but it is well worth it for it's quality and duribility. Once again I think epson have done very well and made a brilliant printer. I would 100% recommend this printer and I give it 10/10. Thank You ... Read review

although its cheap it does the job!
Review of Epson Stylus D78 by murphy747

Advantages: cheap, quick and simple to use
Disadvantages: very expensive ink and prone to leaving streaks

this printer is very much a basic printer, it is quite prone to clogging and leaving streaks on the paper, and recently has decided that it likes to eat paper! saying this though, it was a very cheap printer and does the job quite well, it is not too bad on ink, however doing a comparison against my old printer (same make) it seems to use a lot more black ink. and although the printer was extremely cheap and worth the money, the ink is more expensive ...
...printer was made before feb 07 there are no compatible ink cartridges and the built in chip cannot be tamperede with, but if the printer was made after feb 07, compatibles can be bought. but how you tell exactly when the printer was made, how long had it been sitting on a shelf in a warehouse! i do love the printer, its quite fast and quite clear for its lower end price bracket, and has detachable paper shelfs. great for small spaces. ... Cheap to buy, costly to run
Review of Epson Stylus D92 by EviUK

Advantages: Well designed body, smudge-resistant inks
Disadvantages: inaccurate ink gauge, ink dries up, can't clean cartridges individually

The price was cheap. The design of the paper tray is good. This is the first printer I've had where the paper is not either dropped to the floor (my printer is on a shelf) or sucked back into the roller (Cannon) causing a jam. It had a sturdy feel. The set up instructions were inadequate and unnerving with bits of tape which I wasn't sure if I had to pull off or not before using. Although the ink was expensive, it boasted (and delivered) a reasonable ...
...a document printed on a Cannon!). I liked the idea of separate colour cartridges. I found the print quality perfectly acceptable and used the printer's options to lower the saturation. Draft quality was too poor to be useful but because the printer allows you save a Print Profile, I could set up a suitable equivalent. This latter feature has been very useful - I could specify paper size and orientation. It would have been more useful if it could ... Read review

The Epson R320 what an awesome little printer!!!
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R320 by Littlekel

Advantages: Photo quality is amazing and it is very speedy
Disadvantages: LCD screen could do with being a slight bit bigger

...my printer at home my Epson c66 broke and so i happily took this one back from work. The machine takes 6 cartridges black, magenta, cyan , yellow, light cyan and light magenta. The 'light' cartridges are what give the photos that extra quality compared to using just the 4 usual ones. The cartridges are also not very expensive compared to that of Lexmark and HP and although there are 6 you use less magenta and cyan than usual as they are coming from ...
...appropriate paper, i recommend the epson premium glossy photo paper which you can get in A4 or 4 x 6. The machine also has a tray you can insert so you can print directly on to CD's and DVD's which is extremely handy. You have to buy particular CD's and DVD's whci hare printable but this are not really any expensive than normal ones. I will warn you though that in my experience they take about 12 hours to dry which is fine if you dont need to do ... Read review

Canon into this one
Review of Canon BJC 6000 by lindylou

Advantages: reliable
Disadvantages: none

...I did have a Canon 2400 which I put to one side, pulled it out a year later only to find it still worked Ok. However, things had moved on and I wanted some better results. how? I compromised a little on quality, bought a BJC 6000, saved a lot of money, have Canon reliability, and a better inkjet replacement system which saves money in the long run. Happy? Of course I am and I am sorry Canon for treating you so badly when you deserved better from me. ... Read review
