We purchased this laser printer over a year ago now, and it's never let us down yet! It's a nice size, very sturdy and was very easy to set up - pretty much just plug in and use. The real plus here, is the price. For your money you get a simple yet reliable printer. The printing speed really impressed me, much faster than any inkjet I've ever used. It's also a lot quieter than some laser printers I've used, and definitely quieter than any inkjet. ...

This product is very good for producing business type letters. It is fast and reliable and rarely gets jammed. It can use universal paper as well as the more expensive type papers and the memory capacity is very good. Although it only prints in black and white it is a high definition print quality and the ink cartidges last a fair while even when it is being used by several printers. A good feature of this printer as apposed to the older HP desktop laser printers is that it has more error status lights on it which makes it far easier for a tech like me to diagnose any problems (though I haven't has one beak on me yet).
