Review of HP LaserJet P1505 by
netgekko
Advantages: Small Reliable and easy to use
Disadvantages: There isnt any
The H.P. LaserJet P1505 is an ideal desktop printer for the small or home office setup, great if you're fed up with the running costs of replacing ink cartridges in an ink based printer. The LaserJet P1505 is a small mono printer with a big toner cartridge so it won't take long to start saving money on running costs.
Quality is good with crisp clean results.
The P1505 is a very simple printer in every way, its easy to setup and use, there is also ...

eggandmushroom
Advantages: Compact, Reliable, Easy to move around
Disadvantages: Only use for personal or home use
...a standard job.
Being HP I havent had any major problems, and it was easy to set up to laptop and another home computer. The model is standard but this printer is always reliable and with 16ppm you are not always waiting around for prints if you are on the move.
Overall a sound printer. ...

Plenty of style but has it got any "oomph"?
Review of Epson Stylus DX7400 by
arry2007uk
Advantages: High quality prints and scans, great price, loads of features
Disadvantages: Paper snatching, shopping around for best price
...and consumer demands manufacturers like Epson are now in a situation where they must build compact printers ideal for all purposes; from school projects, to home photography, web printing, poster/flier design and needless to say office documents. All this must be available whilst still offering the option to either rig the hardware to the user's computer or use the printer as a standalone device - achieved in this case via the card reader, PictBridge ... ...As with any Epson printer you're also safe in the knowledge of the brand's integrity - Epson are a Japanese company and one of the world's largest manufacturers of printers, scanners, computers, multimedia devices, cash registers, laptops and LCD components. They've been going strong since 1942 bouncing through a variety of technologies along the way (including watches would you believe) and have built a solid consumer relationship always incorporating ...

Faster than a fast thing going fast !
Review of OKI B 4600 by
netgekko
Advantages: Speed
Disadvantages: None
Oki make good printers, the Oki B 4600 is a very fast mono printer. Faster than a fast thing going really fast! This is great if you're printing off lots of copies in a hurry, or ideal for printing customer receipts or information when the customer is waiting.
This printer is quite small so is good if space is a problem.
There are a couple of minor things to watch out for, the drum on this machine seems to get damaged quite easily, if your taking ... ...the surface of the drum.
Also the front control panel looks nice but is easy to mark. Like I said these are really minor issues.
The main point about the Oki B 4600 is speed of print with reasonable quality, if that's what you're searching for you've found it. ...

Great Printer!
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R285 by
Selito206
Advantages: Perfect CD printing, Photo paper printing and normal paper printer quality!
Disadvantages: Large in size and has a few problems in CD printing (as explained in main review)
...ink being not even geniune Epson Ink, was perfect and high quality. The problems that i had was after i set everything up, and was about to test print my first few CDs, the printer said something was blocking the printer head. I had to restart the printer several times, and restart the computer 2 times to get it back to working/printing condition. What i learned was that when you want to print on CDs, you turn on the printer, and wait until it has ... ...ebay, and really it does not affect image quality as i have been using Epson for years and never bought genuine epson branded ink. Plus you can save a lot by buying Epson (in particular R285) because you can buy a CISS system for it reducing your printing costs significantly!!! ...
