Excellent product - BEST ON THE MARKET
Review of DYMO LabelWriter 400 by tailorsanjay

Advantages: Quick, Small, Quiet, EASY to use, user friendly software, easy to deploy on the network
Disadvantages: Its too good!

...definitely THE BEST! The Dymo LabelWriter is amazing. It works via a network switch and print server when most printers/other label writers do not work. Its small, its SO user friendly with the DYMO Label Software. Its very very easy to fix faults when they arise (not very often) and its very quick and quiet. The LabelWriter software itself is one of a kind - it allows you to print labels in batches, via an addin in Word, Excel and Powerpoint - ...
...is excellent, especially with the DYMO personalified labels. I have 10 of these in my organisation and they are becoming extremely popular. The cost of these little things are next to none - most other label writers cost over £130!! Its so good that I've bought one for my own use at home. I would definitely recommend this product. ... all in one
Review of Lexmark X2550 by techno_man_37

Advantages: all in one
Disadvantages: none yet

...huge booklets, I saw this Lexmark X2550 for £50, and it just looked like what I wanted in a printer. So I taped in the numbers like you do, and it came up at a reduced price, of just £39.99 so I would be saving £10 on it. So I pretty much just bought it straightway as it looked the best one there and quite cheap too. When I got home, I plugged it in, and it just took a while to install the ink cartridges, however this was really easy and ink did ...
...laptop by USB, it found and installed it straight away in less than 10 seconds and I could print within that time. This was great as I was unsure if I would have to install it with the disks it comes with. It does also come with a photo suite cd, I haven’t yet tried this as I do have other, and probably better photo editing software that I have purchased in the past. The basic layout of the printer, is the paper feeder is at the top, the ... Read review

what an amazing printer!
Review of Lexmark X3580 by techno_man_37

Advantages: wi-fi, design.
Disadvantages: not a colour screen, but its still got a screen.

All in one printers are great, they save space, they save money on buying the things as they are a lot cheaper than buying everything separate. And above all they are easier to use. There’s no having to connect everything to your computer, the having to figure out how to make the scanner scan things to the computer then the printer print them. All in ones make it all easy, you can print directly from scanning without the use of the computer, ...
...and you have a copy of whatever you want, and best of all, scanners are now such good quality, you could copy a photograph onto photo paper and not be able to tell the difference. This printer looks really good too, it would look best with a white or silver computer or laptop, so a apple Mac would look great next to this printer. This is because the printer its self is white and silver, which makes it look very modern, also its cube like shape makes ... Read review

Great Little Label Writer
Review of DYMO LabelWriter 400 Turbo by Blondie1005

Advantages: High
Disadvantages: No Colour Option

The Dymo Labelwriter 400 turbo is a superb little printer which comes with its own software that is really easy to use. It offers functions including barcode printing, plus add-ins for instant printing from Microsoft Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, ACT!, Goldmine, Palm Desktop version 4 or later, WordPerfect® and more. This little printer offers speeds of 55 labels a minute, an average of just over a second per label. However this never seems to happen ...
...I use the Labelwriter connected to my pc via a usb cable with no problems. I also have enabled sharing for it so other people can use it to. However these is a draw back with this that it can be quite slow printing when someone else prints. (Note this could be because of Pc but I am unable to prove/disprove this). In conclusion this is a great little label printer if you aren't printing 100's of labels at a time. ... Read review

high end printer.
Review of Lexmark X4550 by techno_man_37

Advantages: looks
Disadvantages: no colour screen

...space on your desk. Lexmark make a lot of printers and all in ones these days, this Lexmark X4550 is at the higher end of the range, however it will only cost you a great, £65 from most places. The design of this model is very stylish indeed. It is like a very cool rounded slab design and is three main colours. White, aluminium and light grey. The top white part of the printer is home to the scanner, this is very easy to use and you can either ...
...would have liked to see Lexmark add a colour screen panel onto here so that you could view photos and other things before you print them off. Why I say this colour screen would be nice to see photos is because to the right hand side of this are 2 memory card slots, also there is a usb port for plugging your digital camera straight into the printer and printing your photos off, so it is a real shame that there's not a colour screen to use this option ...
