...the cons: (1) Original Canon ink tank cartridge consumables for the BIJ 1300 are overpriced and extremely expensive. In fact a set of these (4 colours) will cost you nearly as much as the printer (£36 for black, £30 for each colour =£148 incl VAT + delivery) . (2) They are extremely hard to find and Canon's website doesn't help in many ways. You will find it difficulty, near impossible to get it with UK online sellers, only via Canon itself (3) ... ...the Canon S520 and the S500 is the speed of printing and the price - £179.99 against £129.99. However I did find out that it was just a bit more than that. But it was no contest really as speed of printing isn’t high on my list of priorities in a printer.
