    User recommends the product

Advantages Advantages Able to us many more multi touch gestures in lion than with the magic mouse, good battery life

Disadvantages Disadvantages Overpriced, Issues with installation

Just to clarify this product is compatible only with Macintosh computers. I've been using the magic track pad for over 6 months now and I would say that it is an all round good produce but i do have a few issues with it. The produce itself is very well built and looks stunning on your desk but when it come to actually using it, it can be a bit difficult. For example the installation process itself is extremely lengthy and there is nothing in the box that guides you through the process of software updates and Bluetooth syncing etc. to reach the final outcome of linking the pad to your Mac ... more

Advantages Advantages Brilliant Quality, Worth the money paid, Looks superb, Lasts a long time

Apple magic Trackpad Review My Opinion I first ended up buying the Wireless Magic Mouse which I found rubbish so I thought I would buy the trackpad as it doesn't move and I found it to be very good. i would definitely say that this is good value for money and it lasts a very long time from when you put the batteries in. It connected within seconds with no problems at all and it connects fast when you turn it on. i would recommend this product. Positive Quotes These quotes are taken from my friends and family members. "Intuitive" "Fun to use" "Beautifully made" "Makes work so much easier" "My ... more

Advantages Advantages Many gestures, amazing build quality, sleek and sexy, responsive

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Battery life

I honestly can't fault this product and I can safely say it has changed the way I use my Mac entirely. Did I need this product? No of course I didn't, but it was a shiny new Apple product which I was eager to try. Not being a Macbook owner myself I had never experienced the joy of being able to perform gestures on a computer and oh boy, was I missing out or was I missing out? It's simple to set up custom gestures within the preference panel and you can find even more gestures by using third party applications, bettertouchtool I would recommend. There's gestures for pretty much anything using ... more

Advantages Advantages Quick and simple to use

Disadvantages Disadvantages The odd connection error

I bought a Magic Trackpad for my iMac last year. I must admit I LOVE IT but it can sometimes be unreliable with connection errors. It is a Laptop Mouse for a desktop computer. It is a very sensitive device. It has a range of functions and modes. You can use it in a variety of different ways: Using it as a normal laptop mouse; scrolling your fingers up, down, left, right. It is a very good device if you are not really interested in apples Magic Mouse. It has the same design as the Bluetooth Keyboard. It is skinny and convenient. If you have both Mouse and trackpad you can chop and change ... more
