Advantages Advantages It is an all-rounder tablet and it can do basically anything and it is simple to use...

Disadvantages Disadvantages Browsers don't play flash applications and applications close randomly but that is very rare.

This is just an absolutely brilliant product, personally I don't think anyone would be unhappy with opt his IPad, In my opinion there is no better tablet out there because for a start with the app store you can almost do anything on it like Gaming or photo editing to social networking and web browsing so in that sense it is a 5 star all-rounder in usability and features... Now to talk more about the hardware of the new IPad... This iPad has the 32gb memory which for what I need is just fine but if that is too much for you there is a 16gb, but if it isn't enough there is also a 64gb version and ... more

Advantages Advantages multi functioned and arguably the best tablet there is

    Disadvantages Disadvantages very expensive

I'm showing my age a little when I say that I can remember a time before the internet when computers that could do very little were the size of a room. I am, then, bedazzled by what modern technology can offer, no more so than by the i-Pad 3 which was my first foray into the world of tablets and which I got on release day. It's taken me a while of owning it to work out what its full potential and what I will actually, on a day by day level, do with it. Hopefully my experience will help you decide if you need one - though in all fairness with this product it's more about "want" than "need"; put ... more

Advantages Advantages Battery life is superb!, Greater resolution, No pixels can be seen

Disadvantages Disadvantages Slightly thicker than ipad 2, Slightly heavier than ipad 2

I purchased my ipad 3 (The New Ipad) 3 months ago. When The New Ipad arrived here in my country, the price of Ipad 2 suddenly dropped and so more people were able to purchase Ipad 2, and that includes my younger brother. My brother and I were comparing both our ipads. At first look, we can't say much difference. But when i got used to using my ipad, I feel terrible when my brother and I switch our ipads. So what's the difference that i noticed? My favorite thing about The New Ipad is that it has an incredible battery life compared to Ipad 2! I usually charge my Ipad 3 every other day, while my ... more

    Advantages Advantages Everything about it

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Nothing

The iPad is just simply amazing, it may seem quite expensive but for the money that you pay, every dime os worth it, it is good for playing music and playing movies, as the screen is HD. There are plenty of apps available on the app store, many are free! My 2 young kids find the iPad fun and easy to play with and once they begin playing on it, they never stop. But the iPad can also be a portable workplace; With the Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps which are the Mac and iPad equivalents to Microsoft office word, excel, and PowerPoint are really useful, costing at £6.99 each. You can also ... more

Advantages Advantages It is Fun, easy to use and the battery is brilliant!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Occasionally have to reboot when unresponsive, but it is very easy to do!!

I have owned my Apple I pad for about 6 months now. One of the best features for me is the Battery, my children and I can play games and surf the net for hours. I charge it every 3 or 4 days, and I would say on average we can use it up to 4/5 hours a day. This is with wireless and Bluetooth turned on constantly. I think it is quite light, and a great size, perfect for what I need and want. And a great size for my kids too, not too small to get thrown about, but not too big to be cumbersome. In my opinion the internet speed is by far superior to my laptop (vista). Press the on button or the ... more

The Apple iPad... Revolutionary or just another fad? My answer to this, It may be different to other people's opinions but my answer is the Apple iPad is a revolutionary device which is just going to continue to grow... To go into why I say this in more detail lets consider a few things. The iPad is a tablet PC which features the famous multi-touch screen we have seen proudly placed upon the iPhone and iPod Touch devices. The release of this huge 9.7" tablet device was on April 3rd,2010 and since then there has been 15 million units sold worldwide. Thats almost 1/3 of England's population! Why ... more

Advantages Advantages Large screen great for Internet, photos and movies

Disadvantages Disadvantages Less portable than some rivals and overpriced

Apples iPad has to be the most talked about tecnology of 2010. The iPad is a tablet with a 9.7 inch screen and is very easy to use as it uses the same interface as the iPod touch and the iPhone. When I first turned-on the iPad there is a annoying iTunes setup like on the uppermost and iPhone but I was expecting that. As I started to use it I realsised that it was a super fast, capable, fun and different which was why I fell I love with it. The iPad is a brilliant Internet browser because It's so fast, easy to navigate and the amazing clar crisp screen makes text and graphics really stand out ... more

****iPhone users advice**** Please deactivate syn apps when unit is plugged in as otherwise all applications (especially iPhone only apps) will be copied onto the iPad which doesn't look good Two weeks ago I bought the iPad 32GB with WiFi only as I intend to use this device instead of my laptop at home whenever I can. The content of the box ------------------------------ Solid but not outstanding - iPad - 10W charger that can charge iPhones and iPods etc. as well (quite short cord as with all other chargers) - manuals Unfortunately there is no headset which in my opinion would have been a nice ... more

Advantages Advantages Battery life, movie watching, surfing the web on the go, worth the rather large price tag.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Speaker quality, price is on the expensive side.

The iPad is an excellent all round product, it is quick and very easy to use, much easier to carry round than a laptop and has a very wide range of apps available. The best features would be the very high picture quality on the screen, the ease of surfing the internet and movie watching. The things that disappointed me were the quality of the in built speakers which I thought could be much better and the screen rotation as you turn the iPad on its side does not always work immediately, it can take a few attempts to get the screen to rotate. It is much easier to carry round with you on the go ... more

on perchacing the ipad i had a rough idea of what to expect and what i wanted to use it for, i already own an ipod touch and the interface is very similar. personally i found that this ipad is very good for watching movies and playing games, both are freely avaiable through the app store, some games that were available on the ipod have been adapted for ipad and are exteremlely fun to play which is why i think that the ipad will become an important gaming platform in the neer future as the acceleromer controls make for great gameplay particularly on racing games. the screen on the ipad is ... more
