    I own an E46 328Ci...........dream car, economical, fast, great to look at......what more do you want...Autocar voted it probably The Best 2nd hand car purchase in the world...enough said.

    Note: Posted in BMW 328CI coupe section until 328i coupe section becomes available. This review is about the older E36 328i coupe, not the newer 1999 onwards model. I’ve come over all BMW these days, and have recently bought BM number 4 within 3 years. After an unfortunate smashing good time with my last one in December I was back humming about in my trusty Peugeot until I got things with the insurance company etc. sorted out. Because there was a 50 / 50 blame regarding the accident, we mutually agreed to fix our own cars, or in my case, scrap my own car and buy another one. Tip for everyone… ... more

    Advantages Advantages It's a BMW ! Powerful and elegant.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Heavy car, so the 2.8 doesnt pull as much as you'd think.

    After all, it's a BMW. That in itself is one of the main advatages of the car. NOT because of the name. But because of what the name brings with it. A solid, reliable car. Good looks and great driving. You can have all the toys, and all the fun of driving a sporty car at the same time. Unfortunately, this does all come at a price. The solidity brings with it weight. Even this 2.8 beast of an engine means the car can feel a litle sluggish on pick up. With 2 people, the car will pull with ease. With 4, it feels like you're towing a caravan. And as for price - being BMW, it isnt cheap. EVERY ... more
