Canon CanoScan LiDE 100

For several years I'd been happy to scan with my trusty N65U scanner, also from Canon, but an upgrade to a new system that came 64-bit Windows 7 meant that I wasn't able to use it on my new PC. The drivers weren't compatible, and no amount of poking , tweaking and faffing about would persuade the components to work together. I have purchased a scanner CanoScan LiDE 100 to scan the documents and some photos. As usual, Canon products is very easy to install and use, these are the hallmarks of Canon's products for years. I bought my CanoScan Lide100 for home use earlier this year (2009) after having used the CanoScan Lide 25 at work for 3 years or so. Having used it for several months now, I thought it was time I shared my views on how it fares as a flatbed scanner.
