    I ordered a custom higher end model computer which totaled to about 3.5k. I'm beyond pleased with my purchase. There are many options to choose from and you can build your computer to your specifications, which is amazing since most of the mega computer giants won't let you. I had a couple of questions about different memory options and I called up customer service and spent about 2 hours on the phone with them.     I was trying to find the right pc for a while, as I am picky. I have bought other expensive pcs in the past that didn't impress me in the slightest. I heard from a friend at work that they bought a customized pc from Computer Planet. Being a bit skeptical, I looked them up and read their reviews.     I spent nearly 2 grand on a high-end desktop and was ripped off. To begin with, the PC didn't match the spec I ordered! When the PC arrived, there were loose screws inside the case and the processor fan had been put in upside down. Worse than this, the computer repeatedly crashed. Computer planet refused to answer my calls despite me paying for telephone support. They blamed it on windows (even though they installed it). I formatted it with windows - same problem. I formatted it with Linux - same problem. They collected it a month later, couldn't diagnose it and send it back with a cracked ... more

    This is a really good website in my opinion, I got great service and received my custom PC very quickly. The interface on the website is brilliant and very simple to use. The sheer amount of options at first seems daunting but actually there are lots of helpful tips on the site that make it very simple really. All you have to do is choose your parts then checkout and await your beautiful PC. I'm going to recommend this to my aunty as she is thinking of buying a good gaming PC for her son and actually this seems like the perfect place to get one, no hassle and extremely high quality.     I really love the custom desktop they built for me. It was designed to all my specifications, and runs great. Setting it up was easy, and I'm really thrilled with the performance. I had a few questions about my purchase, and their customer service answered all my technical questions. The prices are very competitive with other similar companies. I did a lot of research before my purchase. The website was also easy to navigate, which is good for me since I'm not that tech. savvy.     The site was very helpful and precise, listing the prices together with the specs. It can be quite a lot though, for people who are not really well versed when it comes to computer parts and assembling. So I asked my friend to help me out and it took us less than 10 minutes to pick the processor, then the memory and the other components.     I was looking for the laptop which would be having all the features that i want. The programming tools which are inherent should be of my use completely and the body should define my personality.     The people in customer service were very knowledgeable, and with a few questions helped me find the perfect computer for my son. I do not know much about computers and was very pleased that they treated me respectfully and answered all questions in a courteous manner.
