    PCspecialist Kept in touch with every process which was great. My PC arrived in a well packaged and in time given by delivery company. The website layout is great and easy to use. Provides information about parts of hardware which helps you choose the right part for you. The website suggests what desktop suits your specific choice and price i.e extreme gaming. The prices are great compared to ready made desktops from other sites.     Advantages Advantages - Can customise, PC and laptops to cater for your needs and budget easily.

    Short story: Extremely happy with PC Specialist, ordered a PC that was well worth the money, arrived on time and was kept updated whilst the product was being prepared. I would highly recommend them. Long story: Ordered an upgraded Fusion 650 gaming PC which was dispatched in 9 working days with frequent updates by email. Longest period was pre-production (seems to be standard for most PC builds), testing, quality control and finally dispatch went through in 2 days.     After having a bad customer service experience with another PC retailer I was looking to buy a new PC, preferably one for gaming.     Was thinking of ordering a custom laptop after reading some reviews but I still had a few questions with regards to this so I used to chat function on the website and spoke with a member of staff who answered all my questions and explained everything I asked about. They actually stayed with me while I placed my order and helped me amend this once placed so that I could order a spare battery. The order was stated to take 8-10 working days and even though one of the parts was not in stock at the time of ordering I received my order in 5 working days or a week later.     Pc specialist keep to you to date with email and tell you if there is a problem. It is nice to be able to build a laptop for your requirements and not have all of the preloaded junk you get from a shop brought one. They do check to make sure that the all the component are compatible before they process the order. they do offer a pick and repair service at a cost and all a years dead pixel service at a cost.     Pcspecialist.co.uk offer a wide range of great quality products that are genuinely competitivley priced. The only part I found cheaper anywhere else was the Operating System, albeit the service you would pay for includes installation. You can view exactly what you're buying, particularly the items that are physically impressive such as computer cases. You can also omit certain parts that may be surplus to requirements. The website (and subsequent testing once the computer is built) will tell you whether each component is compatible with the rest, and recommend any changes that need to be made ... more

    PC Specialist was recommended to me by two family members who have ordered from them in the past. I found the ordering process really easy. I liked being able to choose a laptop that was built to my own specifications. For example, I was able to opt for Windows 7 instead of Windows 8. I was also able to choose a larger hard drive, which I was pleased about as I store a lot of photos. The build time was, in my opinion, very reasonable.     After searching online for some time, it became clear that PC specialist were the best value for money website that I could find to build my custom PC. The site is easy to navigate and the option to upgrade each part of the PC was clearly indicated and easy to understand. Once I was happy with my build, the website was able to check and ensure that each part was compatible. There were many ways to make the final payment.     I ahem received my optimus IV laptop from pcspecialist.co.uk and I have been so impressed with both the laptop and the service I got. I was informed throughout the whole process and felt that they really had customer service down as one of the most important aspects of their business.
