    I had made a decision that I needed a netbook to use for school and at home when my computer was in use. This means that it had to be compact and easily manoeuvrable with a long lasting battery life or a compact charger for when I can plug it in. After hours of browsing both shops and the internet for both a good netbook and a good deal, this HP Mini 210 stood out to me.     A GREAT BRAND FOR YOUR DAILY USE..WORK,DOWNLOADING FILES AND OTHER STAFF. I HAVE MY FIRSTMNI LAPTOP LAST MONTH..ITS A GIFT FROM MY HUSBAND..HE CAME BACK FROM FINLAND AND GIVE THIS PC FORMY DAILY AND WORK USE.     For the past few weeks I have been battling with my current laptop who, I suppose quite rightly after years of use and abuse decided to to give up and stop working. Panic stricken, I reached for my car keys to go in search of a new laptop. How would I survive without access to the internet???     Looks and performance all rolled into one little netbook I previously had a Samsung Nc20 12 inch netbook which I was generally happy with give or take a few little problems. Unfortunately a few weeks ago afer only having it for 13 months it just suddenly stopped working and there was nothing I could do to salvage it. I was really upset because I had a lot of pictures and files on it that of course I hadn't backed up and they were now lost forever but on the plus side it now meant that I had an excuse to buy myself a new laptop.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Not very powerful processor or video card, no Optical Drive

    The HP Mini 210 is a netbook designed for mobility. While it can't handle strong processes or multiple normal processes, it sure makes up for it in size. The device's speed isn't too bad. It runs at a fast rate with Windows XP, and at a normal rate with Windows 7. You can also choose Windows 7 Starter, which is built for speed, but runs the applications you want it to. The HP Mini uses a Intel(R) Video Accelerator basing it off of Memory. In essence, if you uprade the RAM, you upgrade the V-Ram. The HP Mini 210 is very slim and smaller than most notebook pcs.     HP Mini 210-1003SA Netbook, 1.66GHz with 10.1 Inch Display, Pacific Blue, Intel Atom N450, 250gb hard drive, Windows 7 Starter My first computer was a laptop, the very first Sony Vaio. It had a 12" screen, ran on steam or hamster power and had the, then, brand new Windows 98 operating system. My 17” screen size laptop died six weeks ago (after a short life of just 14 months) suffering a short in one of the USB ports fried the motherboard.
