    Advantages Advantages Scanner, looks good

Disadvantages Disadvantages poor print quality, slow on colour prints

Since i bought this 2 years ago i have regret it! This printer is not worth its money even though it has a scanner and fax built in, reasons being is that it drains the ink too quickly and the quality of the print is poor unless you change to fine print, which drains the ink furthermore. The roller which takes the paper in weakens and loses its grip so you have to force the paper in a bit which is likely to ruin the print quality. Dont think all this happened because its 2 years old now, it happened a few weeks after I bought it! Ink cartridges for this printer are around £20 which is a rip ... more

Advantages Advantages Quality prints, cheap printer to buy, excellent scanner and close to laser quality- what more could you want?

Disadvantages Disadvantages consumes ink very quickly and ink cartriges are £15 for a black and £20 for a colour.

The Lexmark X2250 offers 4800 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi) resolution in black and color. The print quality depends on the speed you set the printer to print. The flexible flatbed scanner is for word documents and photos. Offering up to 600 x 1200 dpi scan resolution and 48-bit color scan depth, you will be impressed with the quality of your photos, which can be scanned into the computer in less than a minute! With the Lexmark X2250, simply scan photographs to e-mail friends, or use in word documents for projects etc. Overall it is a good printer for £40-£50 on the high street or on the Internet ... more

Advantages Advantages Fast Printed at Exellent Quality

Disadvantages Disadvantages Cartridges are a bit dear, around £11 for black

All in One, brilliant, capable of scanning, copying and of course printing. All all in one machines are rather good but the X2250 is exceptional. This machine will handle all your copying, printing and scanning needs and can make multiple copies of black and white or colour documents even while the P.C is turned off. So now ill give you a little, or rather large summary of this machine. Firstly the design makes it easy to scan, from cards, to full on books even, and it also looks rather stylish while its 48 bit, 600x1200 DPI (Dots per Inch) Scanner produces amazing quality black or coloured ... more
