Maclaren Major Elite

I've had my Maclaren Major for our 4yr old for the last year. As our son is quite small for his age, I had to get the Lateral Inserts which are £30 and the footmuff as he has arthritis which is £40. Although this was provided by NHS, all the accessories, canopy, raincover, footmuff, lateral inserts I have had to purchase myself. I am now looking at purchasing the new raincover which doesn't need the hood but is priced at £40 with P&P, but as we went out the other day and it suddenly poured, he was slightly damp by the time I managed to unfold the raincover and cover him up. My son has always been big for his age, but unfortunately, due to a disability, he also finds walking very difficult. By the time he was three he found standard buggies very uncomfortable and it was time to get something a little bigger so that he could travel in style.
