If you enjoy waiting on hold, getting lied to, ignored and then hung up on, on a daily basis for months on end, buy a Dell, they are really great at all the above! I bought a Dell Laptop, and without any exaggeration at all, spent 30 hours on the phone, with and without a 'manager's' remote assistance dialled into my laptop to try and fix a problem. At the end of the calls, my 'manager' apologised profusely about my time she had wasted, then asked if there was anything she could do, when I asked what the options were, There were none!
