Advantages Mass variety of cars, races and modifications.
Disadvantages Playing for long (and i mean long) periods of time can become a little repetative.

Where can i start? NFSU2 in my opinion is one of the best racing games i have ever played! It uses so many features that other racing games dont. I was pretty impressed when i foudn that you have to drive around to find races, or you can play the normal career game as a free run, as it is up to you when you want to enter races. Talking of races, NFSU2 has a great variety of races, these include, circuits, drifting, street X, sprints and drag races! Great game in single player the graphics is very imense. Also the graphics of the car/car parts is good. The point that you can cruise round a city and also challenge other players was a stroke of genius from who ever made it. The quality of the game differs when you go on to multiplayer the car's graphics detiriorate it doesnt look at good as on single player. But the music on the game is quite good and the way around the game is very easy. I wouldnt say it was very addictive but it is a good game. Unlike need for speed one you have loads more stuff eg. this a very enjoyable game it ia a one or two player it has a custom sound track but you can only rearange and listen to music tracks thats already on there you can put in a sysetem link and link it to another xbox it also has an online multiplayer voice operated or you can do it manually you can make friends and play with them or against them and you can talk to them you have an online scoreboard the great thing about this is that its a free roam game so you can do races or you can ride about challanging people on the street to an outrun race you can also go around finding hidden money and ... more

I got this game cheap, I admit it. I paid £7.99 second hand from Game. I only bought it because of the reputation of the name, I'd heard very little about it other than it was a car game that you can play a lot, and some people swear by. This has worked for me in the past, games such as Halo, Half Life (PC) and Theme Park World were all purchased under similar circumstances and didn't disappoint, but what about Need For Speed Underground 2 (NFSU2) on the Xbox? Advantages an excellent game to play, keeps you amused for hours on end, challenging
Disadvantages price is a bit much as its been out for a while

This game is a lot better than the first need for speed underground game. This game has more of a challenge on finding races in the game and completing sign up bonuses, getting on dvd covers and magazines throughout the game. I really enjoyed this. There are also different garages that you can drive to in the game which you can update yur car and modify. They have also included a rolling road where you can find the bhp of the car you are racing. I would reccomend this game to anybody that loves to play racing games as it is one of the most enjoyable games that i have played. Im now playing ... more

Need for speed underground 2 Recently EA appear to have gone all-out in showing their support for chavness by releasing not one, but two very "bling bling" titles in the space of a couple of months. These are, of course, the violent and brutal Def Jam: FFNY and the super-cool Need For Speed Underground 2. With NFS:U2, EA have managed to create a brand new direction for the tired old racing genre to speed off towards, a direction that could arguably shape the structure of racing games to come. i think this is possibly one of my favourite games. it enables the player to modify a car so that they can accheive the perfect ride both look and preformance wise. after the first game i wondered how they could make it better but then, after reading some information i realised that you can drive it on the streets. this to me made this game one of the best that i have ever played. you have the freedom to drive wherever you want and to complete outrun races which unlock special upgrades for your ride. theonly problem that i have is that the game keeps saying that the disk is dirty or damaged ... more

Disadvantages loading times can be bad

I thought this game was very good and very addictive. The car gps system is very easy to use. There are a wide variety of cars and a huge variety of customisable parts including: spoiler, front bumper, rear bumper, wide body kits, rims and spinners. There is a lot more to do than in the first one e.g you can drive around the city on free roam and race other racers. There is a bigger variety of races as well you can enter the underground racing league (url.) also you can get sponsors from your favourite brands such as NOS, Kenwood and Streetglow. Need for Speed Underground 2 is a vast improvement on the last installment.
