    After signing up for a sim only £10.50 a month deal I found a better offer somewhere else. Under the distance selling regulations I cancelled the deal within 48 hours, after some wrangling Orange first wanted the sim card sent back to them, then changed their mind and agreed to have it destroyed. They agreed the cancellation before the sim was ever used of registered. 2 weeks later they took £11.54 by a direct debit that didn't exist, when I complained they said they could not pay the money back by direct debit because there wasnt one and they would send a cheque for the full amount within 3 ... more

    In my opinion Orange cheat customers.I have contacted via email but no reply from them yet.They over charged me but they do not listen what I have to say. Before this contract I'm suppose to get £60 credit, £10 every month for six months but last £20 did not received. I contacted the phone provider and they said it's Network who offers this but Orange says it's supermarket who gave this offer.It's now over 2 and a half year credit has not yet received.For the same contract Orange use to send Sports News which I never asked for it but were deducted from my Pay As You Go account.When I made ... more

    Orange mobile services has been messing around with my account, big time.Taking double my money for a bill, cutting off my outgoing calls and text messages when transferring the money back due to 'non-payment', promising to deduct money from my next bill as compensation and then deducting only half the promised amount, promising to set up a direct debit and then failing to do so.On top of that, my signal is awful, calls are frequently dropped or don't connect properly, text messages bounce back for no reason.     Joined a contract on Orange in September, 3 months later was told there was a price review and the price I pay for my contract was increasing - they also stressed in not too friendly a manner that there was not much I could do as their decision was perfectly legal but i decided to send them a letter anyway.     Orange has the best 3G signal in the UK, it's a fact, its a shame that pay as you go customers only get 100MB free internet on dolphin with a £10 top up unlike O2 who give you 500MB, if you don't use that much internet then stay with orange, Calls and Texts are much cheaper and the network is better because is supports delivery reports unlike O2. The customer services are terrible and they still haven't activated my £10 top up when I bought a phone at Argos but then Argos said it was Oranges fault and they are Non-UK based I assume in India somewhere, but Orange is also better because they ... more

    We all know the slogan - 'The future's bright, the future's Orange'. However, this is a line which should surely be replaced with 'The future's one filled with unpredictable, overpriced monthly bills.' As with all contracts, it's common sense to check through all small print before signing anything; yet the 24 month Dolphin Contract surely takes the biscuit.     I joined Orange despite higher tariff costs in comparison to other networks and expect a better level of service. From the start you are kindly given (more like shoved on to you) a £5 trial of internet package. I never needed it, near used it but unless YOU go out of your way to cancel this offer you never wanted, they will keep happily billing you. Needless to say complaning over the phone and sending in letters were ignored too. Oh, and they religiously spam you weekly about their Orange Wednesday offer.     I love this phone network it is terrific- I should know I have been with quite a few networks.... Like Vodafone (who are shockingly bad) The first thing you need to know is that I own a Windows phone or a Toshiba TG01, which is locked to this network... However I do not mind at all. It is one a Pay as you go tariff But is slightly different as you get more for your money as it is a tablet internet phone (You may not get the rewards I get) Customer Service; orange customer care is great, they really do look after you.
