    Advantages Advantages Quick and easy pasta

    I first saw this advertised some while ago on T.V., and, having thought that it seemed a good idea, promptly forgot about it again. However, I kept coming across it in various catalogues and, the more I thought about it, the more I thought it would be a good idea for me. I can only assume that this is a form of brain-washing! Nevertheless, I set out to get myself one and I am very pleased that I did. I bought it from Amazon – two good reasons, it was cheaper there and I had a good stock of vouchers at the time.     I was given a pasta express magic pasta cooker as a novelty gift last christmas. It wasn't something I'd ever seen before or would have bought for myself, but as a gift it was certainly different. The Product The product is very simple and basic. It's a long, clear cylinder, which is open at one end. Contained in the box is also a yellow plastic lid, which comes in two parts that slot together - the first is larger and has wholes in (this is the strainer) and the other is a solid flat circle, which screw into the strainer and closes the holes.
