Advantages Easy to take, widlely available, work to a degree

I was going through a very sluggish time not so long ago when I seemed to be really tired all of the time and no matter how much sleep I had, I just felt terrible the following morning. It was becoming very difficult for me to concentrate and keep focused at work and I was finding that I was making a lot of silly mistakes. A friend recommended a short boost of Pro Plus, which are basically caffeine tablets. Advantages They were quite cheap
Disadvantages They didn't agree with me and made me feel unwell

I have used some tablets called Pro Plus but I didn’t care for them because they made me feel very jittery. I took them when I was broken into and I wasn’t able to sleep at night and this was making me very tired the next day and I took these to see if they would waken me up and keep me more alert but they didn’t agree with me and now I don’t taken them but I do have what was left of the old packet in my cupboard but now they have gone out of date. Disadvantages May not work for you!

Of late I've been feeling really very run down. As I type this I've had little sleep and I'm waiting for some blood test results to confirm I have low potassium (again!). I have almost zero energy, even typing this is a chore today and I've been feeling this way for days now! Still though, I have battled on and tried to continue my life as normal, ignore my tiredness until yesterday actually when I was at gym and I just wanted to cry. Advantages Do work to a degree, a sharp jolt from a genuine tired spell
Disadvantages Too many jittery side effects for me!

To paraphrase the words of another Ciao member I've produced a baby of the non-sleeping variety. David, my fourth child, is a living nightmare. He's seven months old tomorrow and although he's a gorgeously sunny baby at times, I'm sure he has a 666 mark that appears only at night. On a good night it'll take me half an hour to get to bed, he'll wake four or five nights for two bloody sips of milk and then wakes up for the day at six. Pro Plus is possibly the best thing you could buy when your in need of a little 'pick me up'. Whether your hungover, sleep deprived, stressed or just tired through boredom - pro plus is just what you need. The advantage of Pro Plus is that in one swallow, you've got a whole coffee full of caffeine in your system. Its perfect if you dislike the taste or don't want all the added sugar of an energy drink. An occassional little help We've all those time in life when we are extremely tired and need some extra pep whether it's studying for exams or going to work after a big night out. The traditional thing to do is drink lots of coffee but there is an easier way to staying awake and that is with pro plus tablets. Pro plus are tablets that contain caffeine 50mg per tablet to be precise about the same amount in a strong cup of coffee. I first tried this proplus tablets a few months ago after a friend recommended them to me. My job leaves me a bit mentally tired, as I am concentrating hard all day, so I found that when I got home by about 7pm I was too exhausted to do anything. I usually just get on the couch after tea and relax watching telly as I am so tired, but if I've got to got out after work shopping or anything these proplus tablets are brilliant! I bought a travel pack of pro plus as an impulse buy when I was stocking up on deodorant, toothpaste and things for a weekend away in London. I had heard of the tablets before but had never tried them and I figured they may give me a bit of a pick me up when I was busy rushing around in the big city! Pro plus is basically tablets which contain caffeine and are designed to give you an energy boost. Pro Plus is part of Bayer Plc. It is a caffeine based tablet which claims to relieve tiredness and give you a stimulating boost. It claims to provide temporary alertness allowing the user to concentrate making it ideal for those who are studiying late at night. Other caffeine products include certain fizzy drinks, coffee and energy drinks such as Red Bull. Pro Plus are small white coated tablets that contain Caffeine. They are supposed to wake you up or as the box says "relieve you of temporary tiredness". They can be bought without prescription, but they shouldn't be taken if you have high blood pressure, a history of anxiety or are allergic to Caffeine or Sorbitol (Sorbital is a particular type of sugar). Each Pro Plus tablet contains 50mg of caffeine and to give you some idea of how much that is... a cup of filter coffee contains 50-100mg of caffeine and coca cola contains up to 20mg.
