    Our story is similar to any negative story you can find about them in the internet: we ordered appliances from this store, after few weeks and no sign of the order (they claimed there was a delayed delivery from manufacturers), we cancelled. Despite the promise to refund within 30 days, nothing was credited to our account. After further two weeks of calls/emails to polite, but totally useless sales and account teams, we understood that they were not going to pay us back and claimed money from our credit card company under Section 75.     Having used the company previously 5 years ago, I didn't read recent reviews. The customer service from this company is now appalling, like a completely different company. I ordered a NEFF microwave and AEG fridge/freezer with a 7-10 day delivery estimate. After 7 days I phoned to check on the delivery date. Products were not in so they required to check with the manufacturer. They called back with a date 7 days later. On the day at noon I phoned to check.     I am pleaed to say Redhill has issued me with my refund. Original issue: I bought a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher from Redhill Appliances back in July for £599. When they couldn't honour the original delivery date I cancelled the order, as I found an alternative supplier who could deliver for the original date. Redhill Appliances' customer services understood my problem, were happy to cancel my order and told me I would receive a full refund. THIS WAS 5 WEEKS AGO and I have received no refund.     The price was good, but basically I got a duff product months ago and I'm still being fobbed off by customer services. Not sure whether to blame them or the Manufacturer but either way, these guys are in the retail business and they seem to think the way to treat customers is to refuse to take their calls and give them made-up information. Unless I see resolution in the coming week (their latest promise), my next call will be to a lawyer. Needless to say there has been no offer of a refund!     I ordered an oven from Redhill Appliances after it was recommended by Which and Redhill was listed on that site as a supplier who had it "In stock". I ordered on-line and received a prompt phone call taking payment but I was told the item wasn't in stock at all and would take 7-10 days to arrive and they would phone me to arrange delivery. 10 days later I'd heard nothing so I rang and was told it still wasn't in stock but would be in "on Friday" and they would ring me.     The prices on the website were very good, so i phoned to hopefully get a better price for 7 appliances. The overall price was significantly cheaper than elsewhere, and i was told about 3 weeks to receive them all. An invoice was then e-mailed to me confirming all of this. About 8 days later i got a call from the redhill appkliances warehouse to arrange delivery for the following day. Great. The driver arrived at the very beginning of the 3 hour delivery slot and put all machines into my kitchen.     I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, AS THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD AND THE DELIVERY WAS FIRST CLASS. THE WEBSITE WAS VERY EASY TO USE, AND THEY HAVE A VERY LARGE RANGE TO CONSIDER. I ALREADY HAD A GOOD IDEA OF WHAT I WANTED AND FOUND IT ON THEIR WEBSITE. A CALL TO THE OFFICE AND THEY GAVE ME ADVICE AND CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS A VERY GOOD MODEL TO CHOOSE.     I visited the showroom in Croydon, initially looking for a cooker hood. I spoke with a little chap called Lee who was extraordinarily helpful, and seemed to know his products inside out. The showroom was well stocked and tidy, and I was made to feel very welcome. I settled for an Elica Space, and Lee arranged for his fitter to come around and make sure it would fit okay, as it is a very large hood. The fitter (Charles) arrived as arranged and took great care to make sure there would be no problems come installation.     Avoid this dishonest company! I ordered a Miele tumble dryer in January, with a promised 2-week delivery time. It never came despite much chasing. Twice, deliveries were scheduled but then cancelled on the day before. Redhil blamed the manufacturer, though other stockists had the same item in stock and Miele told me there was no problem with that model. After 2 months of waiting I cancelled the order, but then it took 2 more months of chasing to get a refund.     I brough a washing machine fom them on 20th December and was told item was in stock and would be delivered in a few days. After many phone calls and excuses ( it was out of stock, a vehicle breakdown and then snow) it still had not arrived a month later! Called up to cancel as couldn't wait any longer. I was promised an immediate refund but 10 days later and they still haven't put the money back into my account.
