    The E220 monitor is also known as the E215 - it's exactly the same monitor, but was renamed as part of a one-upmanship deal for a large high-street electrical store who wanted to advertise as the "sole supplier" of a model in the UK. I bought this monitor as a "refurb" from digi-uk.com (hard to avoid an advert for them at this stage, as a category doesn't exist for them, and it`s relevant to the specific model) They are the only official Sony refurbished monitor vendor in the UK, and I got mine at the bargain price of £117 delivered.     I have recently built my own system from scratch. After looking at many reviews in magazines and the web, the monitor I decided to go for was the CPD-E200, as it had some excellent write-ups and for the price, was said to be in a class of it's own for a 17" monitor. Unfortunately, as soon as I tried to order it, it was discontinued :-( Fortunately, it was going to be replaced by the CPD-E220 :-) The E220 is, for all intense and purposes, the same monitor as the E200. It looks the same, it has exactly the same specs and the price is the same too. Probably just a propagander plot by Sony ... more
