    Advantages Advantages line work good as long as your broadband is working good as well.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Misleading friend refer offer, not all calls to uk is free.

    My review based on friend recommendation only, If you're signing up with them direct you shouldn't worry about this review, but don't recommend friends and think that you will save money as they say. My sister refered me to them, and the offer should be 2 month free rent for her and for the person she refered which is me. After I signed up, They normaly charge you the first month because you can cancel within the first 30 days from signing up, and me and my sister should receive the 2nd & 3rd month free, But the took the 2nd month from me and her, I emailed them and after too many questions ... more

    Advantages Advantages ONE WOULD BE THEY GO BUST!!!

    BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IT IS NOT DIRECT DEBIT THEY CAN TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CARD AND YOU CANT STOP THEM, ITS ALMOST FRAUD!!!!I thought I would try and save money so swapped to Vonage. Worst mistake ever. They sent out a piece of junk equipment. I went on holiday when it came so i plugged it in and called the useless line (they call it help) which is in India and after 3 hours trying to understand the person at the other end it was clear it did not work. I could not wait another week so I sent it all back and cancelled after never making a call. They charged me £70.00 to cancel the contract even ... more

    Advantages Advantages reasonably priced compared to fixed line.

    I signed up with Vonage a year ago. Fairly pain-free process and trouble free. I was not too impresseed by the call quality at times, but weighted that up against the cheap call costs. A week ago they inadvertantly disconnected my line?! I was without any comms. It cost me a fortune in mobile costs to talk to the Call Centre that informed me that there is nothing they can do. They NEVER apologised or even remotely admitted that it was their fault. They simply told me that the system does not allow a reconnect and I have to reapply.     We have recently introduced to a new technology which offers a cheaper and fastest way to connect with our love ones abroad. It is called the Vonage Router.. Since we have relatives abroad, it is often that we communicate to them via telephone using phone cards or merely with our land phone which at the end of the month, we will be paying big bucks! But thanks to Vonage it made our lives easier with it's cheaper rates. With just a few bucks we can stay connected with our love ones.     I joined Vonage in November 2007 in the USA. I got the $24.99/month† plan. Unlimited local and long distance calling anywhere in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico and some European countries including UK. I found the service very good. I bought the VPhone it can some times not be the best quality call. The features are very good like the call divert to landlines for free.     I've had Vonage VoIP for about 2 months now. I was using a cell phone that was on a contract before I started using Vonage. I am saving over $70 a month by using Vonage. I gave up my cell phone to a family member. I now have prepaid cell phone, so even while I'm away, I still receive my missed called or voicemail messages. Even having a prepaid service, I am still saving money vs. paying for a contract cell phone. You can even have your Vonage service ring on the rest of the cordless phones in your household.     Vonage is a telephony service provider using internet technology to deliver landline quality telephone services. The technology employed is known as "voice over IP" and allows telephone conversations to take place over any broadband internet connection.
