    How odd that I brought a "Bianca leopard" bomber jacket from boohoo & it had no label by the collar & a PRIMARK care label on it!! It has the atmosphere(primark) brand on it. I emailed customer service, twice & they ignored me. In my opinion-it certainly is BOOHOO. Good job I like the jacket & it was cheap! Strange thing its still for sale. And I can get PRIMARK goods at PRIMARK after all. I am going to close my account down as the company don't care about this maybe mix-up?! Ive never encounter something like this before!     Advantages Advantages Trendy pieces at very affordable prices, good quality, great customer service, easy returns

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Items do tend to go out of stock fairly fast and the unique pieces aren't usually restocked

    What is Boohoo.com? Boohoo.com is an online fashion retailer who stock clothes and accessories for women and men. They focus on providing a whole variety of trendy pieces at very low prices (probably one of the lowest you'll come across on the internet actually) while still maintaining the quality to a standard level. My Experience I have shopped with Boohoo quite a few times by now and some of them have been very large orders while others have been only one or two pieces.     I have to say that I am incredibly disappointed with boohoo.com. After visiting the site, I decided to place an order for a dress. First of all, if you're located anywhere outside of England then they automatically convert the price to your local currency and their conversion rates are beyond ridiculous. I live in Canada and bought a dress that cost 16 GPB (approx $26 CAD) but ended up having to pay $32 due to boohoo's price conversion. As if this isn't bad enough, they overvalue the item on the customs declaration form. Instead of writing 16 GPB, they valued my dress at 32 GPB ($53 CAD) ... more

    my daughters order did not arrive after paying for next day signed delivery she stayed in all saturday waiting,but boohoo refused a refund because apparently the delivery driver described my front door which happens to be the door to our communial hallway he got no signature so if the driver can describe a door then obviously you must have recieved your order (i think not ). Terrible company avoid like the plague........This has happened to other unfortunate customers which i have seen after looking at review sites to late unfortunately this is obviously a company with no morales or care ... more

    I usually don't leave reviews, but after reading the reviews currently around for this site, I wanted to give my opinion. I have only ordered from BooHoo once before and today I made my second order - I will update this review if I find anything bad about it, but I'm confident that I won't have to. Firstly, their website is exactly what I want to see when buying clothes. It's easy to use, easy to find the products, there are never any errors and perhaps more importantly, the basket doesn't clear itself out if you leave the site!     they refused to make a full refund for clothes and earrings that were not as described in discription (i.e. wrong sizing guidelinesand cheap matterial). They refunded 17 £ instead of 26.99£ without any explanation. Also, they asked me to send a post office receipt that item was returned and I did this, but they still did not made full refund. I kept emailing them for more than a month and they kept telling stupid excuses. Also, they do not have a telephone and the only way to contact them is via email or post. It takes ages for them to reply and they keep sending the same apologising letter ... more

    To be fair the actual clothes I ordered were nice but I refuse to let BOOHOO profit from my money as their customer service is so shocking. I ordered 2 dressed red one with cream belt for a wedding I was going to for which i had bought matching red shoes etc, when the dress arrived the belt was missing so I though simple I will just call or email them and ask them to pop a belt in the post, they couldnt/wouldnt do that!     I have never written a review about any online clothing company before as I have been lucky enough not to have had many problems.But I feel angry and frustrated enough to write about boohoo.com.So,this is my experience with the company.There are many many similar reviews online but here's mine: I bought a pair of £15 shorts that weren't suitable so I asked for a refund.I have spent weeks trying to get that refund out of boohoo,and now I am without the shorts and the money.Absolutely terrible customer services with no telephone number to directly talk to an adviser.This only ads to the stress ... more

    I ordered a dress off BooHoo.Com after seeing an advertisement on TV, I created an account logged in and purchased it. The site is really easy to navigate around but for some reason my internet connection seemed to slow down a lot only when I was on that website so it took forever to load the pages. I purchased the dress and received a receipt and an email stating I would receieve it within 3 days. 1 week past and I stil hadnt received it even though I ordered it for the weekend on the Monday by this time the weekend had past and I obviously was unable to wear it.     I have now ordered a few of items from Boohoo. An aspect that I feel is particularly pleasing is the design and layout of the webpage. The website is easy to follow and to search for relevant items with the added bonus of a 'catwalk' viewing of the clothing items which is always helpful when choosing your product! A negative however, is that the quality of the items doesn't really reflect upon the images shown on the site. Some of the items I have received have been made with bad quality material, didn't fit brilliantly and basically didn't match up to the quality you would expect from buying ... more
