    I ordered an item 04 Feb 2013 and messaged the site on 12 Feb asking if it had shipped. Said would check and get it sorted. Messaged again 04 March, got excuse that their stock was damaged, more arriving end of week. Messaged 14 March saying if not shipped by 15 March, please refund; was promised goods and refund. Messaged 02 April, gave deadline of 5 April to refund or ship else I will initiate chargeback; responded with refund was issued (it wasn't) and could I verify last four digits of card used.     I ordered a toy for my son two weeks before his birthday and the goods did not arrive, after numerous emails to customer services department and many promises of resending the item I gave up and asked for a full refund, They said they'd give me a refund and almost a month after they promised a refund I have received nothing. Luckily I bought this with a credit card and so will do a charge back for goods undelivered. Do not purchase anything from this company and they are completely untrustworthy.     Ordered a hemp based Kindle 4 cover four days ago for next day delivery. Item ordered is still sitting in a "Picked" state. Despite several emails to info@clickshop.com, I've only had one reply: "sorry, I'll look into it" - type of response; there has been no follow up. Their website offers no opportunity to call them and chase for a delivery date. Just an option to email them, hidden in the depths of their web site. It is disappointing to say the least that I will have to purchase this item elsewhere now and seek a full refund (including postage and packing). They've taken my money and not ... more

    I only signed up to ciao so I could warn people of the nightmare that is Clickshop. I sent them money in good faith but never received the goods. I wasted my time e-mailing them on 6 occasions and was fobbed off with excuses about faulty stock, supplier problems, etc every time. Then they said the goods had been sent but they could not prove this. Eventually I asked for a refund which they promised to sort out immediately, but this never arrived either. It was only when I threatened them with further action via my Credit Card company that they finally refunded me. I would be interested in ... more

    Advantages Advantages speedy customer service replies, situation eventually resolved by a refund.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages haven't received goods on time, all the frustration incurred.

    I ordered an in-car iPhone accessory from this firm on 01/10/11 and was fairly confident from a relatively untarnished and experienced history of online shopping that I could sit back and await my order within a week (2nd class recorded delivery was part of the free delivery option) - 10 days passed and nothing had arrived, no dispatch note from the company and the order tracking system on the website still said 'approved'.     I did put up a bad review, because I had not received my goods. They did eventually arrive, 44 days after placing the order. This review reflects the better service. Support was in the end good, although they did take lots of prodding. Apparently the goods were sent - but I guess someone stole them between Clickshop and me... Mainly I was worried that this was an internet scam; it is not - the goods paid for did arrive. Phew! Apparently, this text is too short for the review, it won't be soon.     I ordered these DVD discs over six weeks ago and still no sign of them or my money back despite several email enquiries. One of the reasons I used this site is because you can just order without having to become a member. so the process was very quick (the only thing about this company that is quick) To be fair they have always replied to my Emails but then nothing happens EG you never get offered an alternative.     I received excellent customer service from clickshop and would definitely use them again. Order a iphone charger which arrived in good time but was faulty so i contact clickshop who replied to my email within 15 minutes and arranged to send out a replacement, which i received the next day. The price was the cheapest i could find and is a great spare for my office. The website was easy on the eye and simple to use. I especially liked the express checkout option which meant i did not have to register to make the purchase and only took around 2 minutes from me adding the item to basket to making ... more

    I ordered a product from the clickshop website months ago and it never arrived, despite constant communication with the seller. Every time I emailed I was informed that my product was either on the way, that it should arrive "soon", or that it was on back order, or that they would check on the delivery status - but none of these emails were ever followed up with actual confirmation of where my order actually was.     Disadvantages Disadvantages The whole process took almost 3 months, from ordering to refund, and I'm back at Square 1

    I ordered two spider-catchers on the 8th September 2010. On the 24th October I emailed to ask when to expect delivery. As I got no reply, I emailed again on the 30th October. I got a very polite, prompt response indicating my order was on its way. I emailed on the 12th November to ask where it was. Another prompt reply said it was being looked into and someone would get back to me asap. On the 23rd November, I gave up waiting and emailed to ask for a refund.
