I had the misfortune of ordering a Sony DVD player from HED. I came across the website from CDWow.com, an excellent online cd/dvd retailer who I love for their cheap cds and excellent service. They offered this DVD player at about £138. I read the small print and discovered said DVD player was actually supplied by HED. So, I checked out the HED website and found it for £135. The website has a great selection of products, until you go to order them, trying to buy a t.v I came across one that was perfect but I also had two others in mind just in case. I put the order through on their website which went through fine. 24hrs later a phonecall, saying that the product was out of stock and they didn't have a clue when they'd get some more. So I tried my 2nd and 3rd choices, 'oh they've been discontinued' was what I got. They had nothing in stock!!!
