I ordered a piece of drum hardware from their website, then sat for a week waiting for it to arrive. Normally I'd go to a more familiar retailer, but very few people had stock of the item in question. Turns out they hadn't even shipped it to me after a week, even though I was told otherwise on the phone. No notification, no explanation, no apology. At least they handled the refund fairly promptly, after dealing with three different people and sitting on hold for about ten minutes. I ordered some expensive DJ equipment from these guys a few weeks ago, all I can say is please don't make the mistake I’ve regrettably made. I made the mistake of thinking cheaper is better regardless of how unknown they are via Google shopping. Despite the website looking very basic, whilst one would turn away and look for a better or more popular alternative I chose to continue with my order because the price of this DJ package I wanted was slightly cheaper than on other better known e-tailors.
