    This is the site I always go to for checking out what new movies are out, reviews, trailers, etc. mainly because the name is really easy to remember. Generally most information are available, new movies, charts, which cinemas are showing what, finding out which cinema is showing the film you want to watch, competitions, games, etc. To say the truth, it's plainly a one stop shop for movie news. However, it the server is slightly unstable and on occasions, you will find it being excessively slow or just stalls.     Popcorn.com is a helpful movie street, it has reviews of all the movies new and old. It shows new releases of films every week and is updated regularly. When I first signed up I got a free cinema ticket which was handy. I am a cinemaholic and love watching films, at the moment I want to see so many films , Save The Last Dance, Miss Congeniality, The Wedding Planner, Bridget Jones' Diary etc. There is too many to see but popcorn.com helps.     This site tells you everything you could possibly want to know about any film. It provides reviews of the very latest blockbuster as well as pictures, trailer and clip downloads. It provides interviews the the big stars from the very latest movies providing an insight into the making of the movies. It provides links to the official sites so that you can go to possibly the only better resourse on that film.It has a good layout and is very easy to find exactly what you are looking for.     A really usefull site, with all the latest movie reviews, interviews with the stars and details of upcoming releases. The most useful thing about this site though is its movie database. Type in your postcode and it will tell you details of what's on near you, as well as details of far away the various cinemas are. You can then look at reviews for all the relevant films - these tend to be fairly in depth and quite reliable, and they include a readers rating as well (one to five stars) so you can compare this with the official review.     Popcorn has the news on all the good films out and those that aren't any good as well! It has an excellent selection of regularly updated competitions, with some really, really cool prizes. It is the best site to go to for finding any film trivia info, by using the pretty fast and usually efficient search engine. Although nowadays there are loadsa sites with cinema search engines for the latest films at your local cinemas, Popcorn's own cinema/actor/film search must be voted as one of the best with its fairly rapid response times and all the useful info it provides - such as details of how to ... more

    I first visited this website via a link to one of their competitions. When I had an email to say I'd won a pair of cinema tickets, I went back to see what we could use them for. I was still there half an hour later, and have bookmarked it for future reference. This is an exceptionally well organised site, aimed at those who want to know whats on now and due out in the next few weeks. Maybe they could change the design to get more text on the screen, but it's not bad.     Popcorn.com is one of the best when it comes to Film sites. With a great range of uses such as reading up on latest Celeb news and hot gossip, watching new trailers for the up and coming movies, cinmea listings, reviews and not forgetting some great competitions. Everything about Popcorn would demonstrate that this is a website for all ages, sex, etc.etc. They have a genuine humour about the whole thing and after all, isn't that what cinema/film watching is all about....entertainment? A very good site, and I am actually registered on their newsletter mailing list where I get details and URL's ... more

    Popcorn is a site with reviews of the latest films, listings for cinemas and competitions to win film related prizes. All in all, its a useful web site, but some aspects of the site are a little bit annoying. For example, you should be able to restrict your search to a region, say West of Scotland or Yorkshire, or inner London, rather than wait for a page full of info to load telling you that the nearest place to see Beyond the Mat is 550km away.     Finally - a film site with a sense of humour that doesn't take itself, and those Hollywood icons, too seriously. Perhaps the best thing about Popcorn, hwoever, are the excellent competitions, with everything from holidays to t-shirts on offer on a very regular basis. If I do have one gripe about this site (and it's not a very big one) is that it very rarely says when a film's a real turkey - perhaps they're too beholden to the movie makers for that?     Popcorn.com is definately one of the best sites of it's kind. It is extremely 'user friendly' and you can do almost anything you want on this site as long as it is movie related. You can read reviews, watch trailers, write your own reviews, and enter competitions. The site is easy to navigate, has a great search engine and looks good as well. It also has a number of good links to other sites such as Ask Jeeves with movie links. As well as the latest cinema releases you can also review DVD releases and video releases.
