    I came on this site to make a good review of Rubbersole, because I got some Timberland boots from them and had amazing service and price. I am very shocked to see the bad reviews on here, especially the guy who says they are full of empty promises and have no customer service number. I called their customer service (the number was clearly written on the home page) and spoke to someone named Adriana who was very helpful and she was able to track my order online (as the Yodel site didn't work, as per usual, but that's nothing to do with Rubbersole).     I have been so happy with the service and the selection from Rubbersole this Spring! I have placed two orders with them so far, and both times it was for a model of shoes that I are hard to find in the shops-- a classic pair of Dr Martens, and also a pair of brown suede Converse. But that's not all--I got these shoes at a lower price than I could have ever imagined paying in a shop! I have seen the other reviews, and its true that the tracking didn't work for me (obviously this is Yodel's problem, not Rubbersole's), so I had to call the customer service, and they were able to track the order ... more

    I just wanted to express the amazing customer service I got from Rubbersole.co.uk when I purchased several pairs of shoes on sale. I had not heard of this company before, and I got a pair of boots for myself and my girlfriend also got a pair of Bronx cowboy boots, but unfortunately they were much too big. Rubbersole were brilliant with the returns, for free no less, and the refund was very quick is being processed. All I had to do was call them and they emailed the returns label.     During an on-line Christmas shopping evening I was weighing up which site to buy my sister a pair of Ugg boots from. I chose Rubbersole as with their buy price, plus the Quidco cashback advertised they would be the cheapest. I use Quidco when making all on-line purchases. They are a cashback website and have always been very reliable. They rarely decline any purchases and are very supportive when suppliers don't track the sale correctly.     Bought a pair of Ugg boots from Rubbersole in Dect11 for xmas as a present for my wife, we paid £146.99 as they had a special offer. 3 months later the seam at the back of the boots split and I asked for a replacement, there started a process that has taken 12 months and has still not been resolved. I have had to take pictures, go for repair estimates and corresponded with several of their customer service reps, each reply from them getting steadily more blunt and unhelpful.     This company is hideously inefficient. I bought one item from them in June 2009 and since then I have tried to unsubscribe from their heavyweight email promotional program for the past two years. I have had three assurances this year alone that the mail would cease; but it never does! Adriana, the only contact I ever seem to hear from, must be either massively ineffective or non- existant. Furthermore, I cannot find a company address or telephone number on their website. I thought that it was a pre-requisite for web based companies to provide this basic information to its customers.     I ordered a pair of UGG boots from rubbersole after seeing discount vouchers on moneysavingexpert.com. I received the boots a week later in the wrong colour. They claim this rarely happens; however, when I did a google search I found that this had happened to others. I suspect that when they don't have shoes in stock, they just send the nearest thing and hope that the buyer will keep it. This is cheating in my view and I'd like to warn everyone out there to give this company a wide berth. I do feel like a fool for not searching for reviews of Rubbersole.     I have been pondering over whether to write this review and then I saw two reviews already present that were not giving it a terribly high rating so I thought I had to write the review. This review will contain my recent purchase from rubbersole.co.uk in quite a lot of detail because this is how I found out how excellent the customer service was from them.     It all started so well. Navigation of website was excellent and found the Uggs that I needed to buy. Gave my credit card details and all seemed to be good as the order was placed before the 4pm deadline for the next day delivery, except it was a friday and they do not deliver on saturdays. Worked from home monday waiting for the promised delivery. Alas no delivery even tho the tracking system said that the Uggs were delivered to my local delivery point on the sunday and had been loaded onto the van at 9.50am the monday.
