    Disadvantages Disadvantages No delivery, Bad Customer Service, Incompetent staff, got address wrong etc. etc. etc.

    PLEASE DON'T USE THEM, THEY'RE WASTE OF TIME AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered my items for Christmas delivery and paid extra for special delivery and it didn't arrive and I understand it may be because of Christmas Break but why make a promise they can't deliver?? I rang after Christmas and the girl (who didn't speak much English) just said she will reorder!! with no apology etc. I asked for refund of my delivery as it was not delivered as promised and she kept me on hold for so long before saying yes!!     Advantages Advantages cheap but for a reason

    Disadvantages Disadvantages service is horrendous, no privacy or security

    I ordered a calendar for my family with personal pictures of my daughter- for child protection reasons I had hoped these would be kept private. I was sent a calendar with 12 cat and dog pictures on- so it appears pictures of my daughter have been sent to a complete stranger- this I find deeply concerning. The calendar was of reasonable quality. I have been phoning and e mailing the company who have failed to address my concerns, it has taken several days for them to even agree to send my product again although it concerns me, yet again, that pictures will be sent to the wrong address.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Have not been delivered, pricey delivery charges

    I firstly ordered my set of business cards on the 4th October, 250 cards, got to personalise my design and a free card holder... so good so far. Then the delivery charges are unbelievable for such a tiny product, there are several options for delivery, and I chose 'slow' delivery at 21 days because it was the cheapest but was still £3.50ish. About 4 weeks later, no business cards. I email customer service to complain and they offer to send me another set for free, with 'priority' 7 day order, replying to me quickly which I thought was good and happy enough with.     Disadvantages Disadvantages No speedy service; no customer satisfaction; incompetence; patronising accusations;

    Vistaprint will go out of their way to make it the customers fault to avoid admitting to their incompetence. Based on the below points the excuse given (after 6weeks of waiting) was that my DSLR photo was poor resolution. I also feel threatened by the tone of the response that implied who am I to question their ability when they have 12 million accounts. I would recommend you avoid this money grabbing non customer focussed organisation. You failed in your aim of providing the best quality service by 1. not doing the job requested 2. still charging me for a delivery option which had long passed ... more

    Initially looks good with low prices. Once you get to the checkout the actual price is much higher. Another typical internet enticement to get customers. As you add text etc the price is going up without revealing until checkout. They add on a fee for everything, grey t-shirts cost more than white t-shirts etc. I ordered 2 pens, 1 t-shirt and business cards with holder. £40 plus £10 delivery in 7 days. Way over-priced. The worst part is the the t-shirt image is printed about 10cm off-center, front and back. That really isn't good at all. Be careful with any printers, internet or local. There ... more

    Totally disappointed with the business cards, which cost me almost £30. The premium business cards are really no better than kids' stickers for your fridge. The paper is very thin, the dimensions are wrong (I've compared them with the business cards' dimensions of 20 different people), the quality of the colors very poor and I would definitely not give these cards (that I have to get rid of now) out to anyone! I certainly believe their moto now 'make an impression', however, it is the most negative impression! Had I known before, that the quality of the I wouldn't even spend £5 on these cards ... more

    Vista print are a company that get involved in a lot of printing - i.e. Business Cards, Leaflets, Postcards that sort of thing - I believe they also get involved with web hosting as well - Commenting from the Business card side of things here.Absolutely shocking company, sent me 1000 business cards with my Company logo completely missing, it was obvious no proof had been done before printing.
