George Foreman 13184 Anniversary Grill
Review of George Foreman 13184 Anniversary by KRSD

Advantages: Caters for larger numbers, easy to cook with and clean
Disadvantages: Need some space to store it

...great thing as for all George Foreman Grills is when you have prepared the meat, its simply a case of switch it on, wait until its ready to cook then go. Cleaning is also really easy. Just use the supplied scrapers to get rid of any congealed fat and then wipe down with a warm cloth. If you are cooking burgers for instance the drip trays, two supplied, easily catch the fat and for a real treat you have your own supply of Lard just waiting to be done ... Read review

The best toaster Ive ever had ...
Review of Breville TR41 by Janej47

Advantages: easy to use and versatile , great looking machine
Disadvantages: takes up quite a lot of worktop space

This one machine has made several of my others redundant ... I have put away my worktop grill and my toaster , and no longer need to use the built in oven grill Priced anywhere between £35 and £45 ( depending on the outlet ) this is a stylish shiny chromed finish that looks professional in any kitchen , easy to clean and idiotproof to use . This model will toast up to four full sized sandwiches at once on the large hotplate , and the self adjusting ...
...the side of the unit is a slide switch which raises and lowers the top plate avoiding any unwanted squashing of the sandwich , so anything frrom sliced bread to paninis and ciabatta rolls come out perfect every time Unlike most sandwich toasters it doesnt have the cutter built in on the plate , so the sandwich can be left whole and cut after cooking if you prefer , but the big bonus for me is that you dont get that hard crispy cut edge where the ... A Kitchen Staple with Longevity
Review of George Foreman 12205 NEXT Grilleration by Jammie87

Advantages: Speed of Cooking, Ease of Use, Removable Plates
Disadvantages: Top Plastic Cover is flimsy

Exceptionally easy to use and a staple for my kitchen. The next grilleration foreman grill is easy to use as it has variable temperature settings and a built in timer, meaning all you have to do is switch it on and chuck some meat on it. Size-wise it fits about 4 chicken breasts which is a decent size, but for the price i would have liked something which could handle more food. The reason i bought one was for the removable plates, which are the best ...
...stick the plates in the microwave means that this model had great longevity compared to the lesser models which will accumulate grease etc easily. I do have a complaint with the top section though, the plastic cover over the top was extremely flimsy and broke within a few weeks, although this doesnt really affect the grill that much since the primary use is just to cook meat. The grill also comes with a handy recipe book and a couple of fat-drip ... Read review

Don't loaf around the kitchen.
Review of Breville TR39 by runetune

Advantages: Not just a toasted sandwich maker
Disadvantages: Can take a little while to cool down

...decided to go for the Breville TR39 Sandwich press. ~ The Difference between a sandwich press and toaster ~ Well basically it all comes down to the hinges. A sandwich toaster has fixed hinges and allows you to use regular bread, which it then turns into a toasted sandwich using either one or two compartments. It also means your not as restricted in the slice of bread in overall size (often our old machine wouldn't take more than a small loaf slice). ...
...hinges that allow for thicker bread like ciabata, panini and focaccia. Great if like us you enjoy a variation on the toasted sandwich dream. ~ The Toasted Sandwich ~ The first noticeable difference between this and the toasted sandwich maker is there are no compartments that the bread fits into. This also means you don't get the edges sealed in the same way, nor do you have the sandwich "sealed" in half. I admit I was a little concerned that the ... Read review

Breval Panini Maker
Review of Breville TR40 by misseskimo

Advantages: Easy to use and clean, smart looking, great for cooking anything!
Disadvantages: None that I've found just yet!

I love this machine! I've had it a few years now and don't kow what I did before without it! Besides being a compact size and a remarkably convenient appliance, the stylish stainless steel and black colourings are a distinctive feature; which are easy to match with other kitchen appliances on the market at the moment. It's easy to use and has a smoth wipe-clean surface, it also doesn't get too hot on the outside when it's on and cooking. You can ... Read review
