The SM435 has fixed hinges so opening and closing it quite straightforward, there is no trying to reposition the top section to align it with the base and the handle is insulated so it doesn’t get remotely hotter once it has been in operation for a while. I received this Mickey waffle maker as a Christmas present and I have to say that I have found it a great addition to my kitchen. Each mould of the four takes a small ladle full of batter and you then simply close the lid and wait for about 5 minutes. The outcome is four pancakes that are just the right size for a snack. Exceptionally easy to use and a staple for my kitchen. The next grilleration foreman grill is easy to use as it has variable temperature settings and a built in timer, meaning all you have to do is switch it on and chuck some meat on it. Size-wise it fits about 4 chicken breasts which is a decent size, but for the price i would have liked something which could handle more food.
