...We have now owned the HP Scan Jet 4400c for about 3 years now and it served us well until we bought another computer. The problem occurred very stupidly and was nothing technically wrong – just adhesively wrong. The disc to install this scanner onto a computer had a paper casing which had been glued down. The software includes Precision Pro but what was good was the chance to view the document, being able to adjust it and then finally scan it again.
