Lovely & Squishy!
Review of Boots Activity Musical Hippo by
Alexmouse
Advantages: Very soft and cuddly with good variety of activities
Disadvantages: Not machine washable
...petals in his mouth. Boots really do make some wonderful toys and this one is particularly very well thought out. The only hitch with Boots toys is that most of their stores have stopped stocking the Boots range of toys and clothes. It is only the larger stores that stock them and it is best to ring and check before you make a special journey! ...

Cute baby toys - ahhh
Review of Boots Baby Circus by
hilareeee
Advantages: Good quality, cute
Disadvantages: Easy to get the truck and toy separated
I was given two boots baby circus toys when I had my baby 6 weeks ago. I got an elephant and a monkey. They are soft toy animals, the likes of which would appear in a circus in a soft truck type thing with wheels. They come in bright colours which appeal to babies as their eyes cannot adjust to more subtle shades and are suitable from birth. I liked them a lot. They were very cute. My son didn't look very interested in them, yet, but I think he was ... ...are reasonably well made, they haven't fallen apart or anything. The wheels are sewn on firmly, so wouldn't fall off. There are no small parts which could come off and baby could choke on. The only problem is that truck and animal aren't fixed together and they could get separated.
I would definately recommend these toys to give as presents as they are very cute and good quality toys. ...

An Eight Legged Furry Beany Squeaky Pal
Review of Boots Octopus by
molelover
Advantages: soft, lightweight, lots of fun, aids learning
Disadvantages: not easy to sponge clean
...made now. When shopping in Boots yesterday I saw their activity octopus - and recognised it with a funny childhood flashback - I remember actually playing with a similar octopus, and I can't have been more than two years old.
For something to still be around that many years after it was invented is a pretty good indication that's it is a great success. Leah loves her activity octopus and he's been one of her favourites since she was big enough to ... ...as having lots of interesting textures and sounds within him, which means she can either cuddle him just like a soft toy, or poke him or throw him across the room instead, depending on her mood! He is nice and light, so was one of the first large toys she was able to pick up by herself and bat about. There is lots to grab and hold onto, and lots to keep her interest - when she was smaller I would just turn him around leg by leg, so he was really ...

Bright green dinosaur!
Review of Galt Activity Dino by
natalie09
Advantages: Supports your baby whilst sitting, entertaining.
Disadvantages: none.
I spotted this dinosaur on amazon when my son was 6 months old. At this point he was just starting to sit up so I thought it would be a great purchase to help support him when he was sitting up.
I made the order on amazon, it cost £20 which wasn't too bad and receieved it a few days later. When it arrived I couldn't believe how bright the green was! I put it out with his other toys at first to see what he thought of it and he loved it! When you ... ...of other crinkly, squeaky bits to discover on it. I tried putting it around my son to support him when he was sitting up and this worked a treat! It fit's really snug around his body and there is no risk of him falling back and hitting his head. The dinosaur is not has big as I thought it would be however it is a perfect size for my son. He has been playing with this toy for over 3 months now and he still loves it. I think this one will be one of ...
