Noticeable results, ok taste, quite expensive

Advantages: Noticeable results in short space of time. Taste is ok. Mixes easily.
Disadvantages: Quite expensive.

Advantages: Easy to take, straight forwar instructions, fast results
Disadvantages: May need to buy two tubs to sustain an 8 week cycle
