Disadvantages: The smell of alcohol seems strong and also wasn't good for my facial skin.

I do reapply it fairly often but have found that I can go out in full sun all day long & have no skin problems, as long as I am wearing the lotion. The only downside for me, is that I've noticed some of the colour rubbing off my neck onto clothing.
